Abstract
A description is given of a braking apparatus system (14, 18, 22) for a test pendulum arrangement (2) for carrying out crash test dummy certifications, having a braking apparatus (14, 18, 22) for braking a moving pendulum (4), on which a head/neck assembly (10) of a crash test dummy can be arranged, in a lower braking range (B), wherein the braking apparatus (14) has a plunger (30) which can be axially actuated by means of a motor arrangement (32) and is designed to come to rest with the pendulum (4) in a defined braking range (B) and to brake the pendulum (4) by means of a braking force (FB) exerted using the plunger (30). A description is also given of a test pendulum arrangement (2) and a method for operating a test pendulum arrangement (2).

Abstract
The invention relates to a displacement transducer arrangement for measuring intrusions in a crash test dummy, having a first mounting and a second mounting, wherein a distance between the first mounting and the second mounting is variable, wherein there is a displacement transducer for measuring the distance (D) between the first mounting and second mounting, wherein the first mounting and second mounting are connected to each other by a scissor lift mechanism. The invention further relates to a crash test dummy.
