Abstract

Disclosed are an imprinting material (1), and a roughening construction method for a new and old concrete joint surface. The imprinting material (1) comprises a bottom plate (11) and a plurality of bulges (12) fixed on the bottom plate (11), and the bulges (12) are used for forming an uneven concrete surface. Before initial setting of concrete, the imprinting material (1) is laid on the surface of the concrete; then the bulges (12) on the imprinting material (1) are pressed into the concrete surface; and after the strength of the concrete reaches 2.5-5 MPa, the imprinting material (1) is removed. The imprinting material (1) enables a new and old concrete joint surface to be successfully embedded and fixed, a roughening process is easy to control, and same has a high applicability.

Abstract

A grouting pipe and a method of reinforcing a tunnel (5) by surface grouting. The grouting pipe comprises a first sleeve valve pipe (1), a second sleeve valve pipe (2) and a third sleeve valve pipe (4). The sleeve valve pipes are connected in a sleeved manner and perform grouting by means of grout holes (3) on the sleeve valve pipes. The method comprises steps: 1. sampling and testing soil in a tunnel (5) and determining soil parameters; 2. performing surveying and leveling of a construction site; 3. drilling and preparing an outer cover material (7); and 4. performing grouting section by section by means of the grout holes. The method performs surface grouting to reinforce the tunnel (5) by means of a surface-constructed grouting pipe and is applicable to extremely deep tunnels (5) as well as tunnels (5) of normal depth, and is also applicable to various geological structures.
