Abstract

Disclosed are a system and method for X-ray diffraction mineral composition analysis based on machine learning using domain knowledge. The method for X-ray diffraction mineral composition analysis based on machine learning using domain knowledge comprises the steps of: receiving X-ray diffraction data of a mineral as input; normalizing and preprocessing each piece of the input X-ray diffraction data; generating a clustering model using the preprocessed X-ray diffraction data; receiving as input and preprocessing new X-ray diffraction data, and then classifying the preprocessed new X-ray diffraction data as general composition data or specific composition data by using the clustering model; and estimating the mineral composition by analyzing the new X-ray diffraction data classified as general composition data by using a mineral composition analysis model.

Abstract

Disclosed is a device for evaluating a torsional structural performance of a girder. According to the present invention, a guide part of a support member, which is formed in an arc shape and of which the center coincides with a shear center (C) of a girder (G), rotatably supports a rotating member so that, when the rotating member rotates in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, the shear center (C) of the girder coincides with a center of torsion, thus making it possible to measure an accurate torsional angle as well as prevent an accident in which the rotating member is dislodged due to separation of some components by a rotational force.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a hydraulic binder composition using rapidly-cooled ladle furnace slag powder and to a method for preparing same. More particularly, the rapidly-cooled ladle furnace slag (RC-LFS) powder is obtained by spraying and scattering gas at a high pressure and high speed onto the electric arc furnace reducing slag, which is one of the by-products generated during iron smelting performed in ironworks, and quickly cooling and pulverizing the slag. The initial high hydrothermal reaction and initial setting of the rapidly-cooled ladle furnace slag (RC-LFS) powder are delayed to ensure workability. A retardant and gypsum are mixed into the rapidly-cooled ladle furnace slag (RC-LFS) powder so as to activate the generation of needle-shaped ettringite and to thus develop the initial and long-term strength, and therefore the rapidly-cooled ladle furnace slag (RC-LFS) powder of the present invention can be used as a substitute for ordinary Portland cement.

Abstract

A device for measuring an insulation resistance in order to monitor the insulation state of electrical facilities. An insulation resistance Rins is calculated from a voltage VT that is measured by a voltage sensor in a hot line state in which a power distribution system is operating, using the discrete Fourier transformation (DFT). The insulation resistance Rins is displayed depending on individual levels so that accidents depending on the levels can be rapidly coped with.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an amorphous carbon composite negative electrode material for a lithium-ion secondary battery, and to an amorphous carbon composite negative electrode material manufactured thereby. According to the method for manufacturing the amorphous carbon composite negative electrode material for the lithium-ion secondary battery, an intermetallic compound and a transition metal oxide active material are composited with an amorphous carbon without affecting structural and physical properties by means of low-temperature pyrolysis and heat-treatment processes. The amorphous carbon composite negative electrode material manufactured by the method according to the present invention expands in volume only minimally when coupled to lithium and has superior lithium ion conductivity and electron conductivity. Further, even when the secondary battery is charged and discharged several tens of times, the amorphous carbon composite negative electrode material may have a superior discharge capacity retention rate when compared to that of a conventional amorphous carbon composite negative electrode material for a lithium-ion secondary battery. Further, the method for manufacturing the amorphous carbon composite negative electrode material for the lithium-ion secondary battery may be widely utilized for electrode materials for secondary batteries and for improving physical properties of other nanomaterials.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a weather strip for window glass. The window glass for a vehicle door may interfere with the flow of air when opened, and thus may cause extreme wind noise. The opened window glass may also lead to the ingress of rainwater when the vehicle is parked. The weather strip for window glass of the present invention is configured such that a glass guide groove may not be formed in the weather strip arranged at the top of the window glass, and the weather strip has novel internal and external structures, angle, and the like. Thus, the weather strip may reduce problems relating to fixing the window glass, noise, vibration, and flooding.
