The plurality of grooves each have a curved surface and a depth greater than a width thereof. The high refractive index pattern layer is formed of a material having a refractive index greater than 1. The optical films, and the organic light-emitting display apparatuses, further include a low refractive index pattern layer formed of a material having a refractive index smaller than the refractive index of the material constituting the high refractive index pattern layer. The low refractive index pattern layer includes a filling material for filling the plurality of grooves.

The continuous solid-state polymerization device can prevent formation of an interval, in which the prepolymer stagnates, and can perform solid-state polymerization continuously in a vacuum state without using inert gas.

The continuous solid-state polymerisation device of the present invention comprises: a feeder for continuously introducing a prepolymer; a horizontal reactor which is connected via a first connecting part to the feeder and receives the prepolymer from the feeder so as to subject same to solid-state polymerisation, wherein the reactor itself is rotated; a stirring device which comprises a stirring shaft rotating inside the horizontal reactor, in the direction opposite to that of the rotational axis of the horizontal reactor, and comprises stirring blades joined vertically to the stirring shaft; and a chamber which is connected via a second connecting part to the horizontal reactor and, once the solid-state polymerisation has been completed, receives the resulting polymer discharged from the horizontal reactor, and, here, the feeder, the horizontal reactor and the chamber are in a vacuum state. The continuous solid-state polymerisation device prevents the formation of prepolymer stagnation zones, and allows solid-state polymerisation to take place continuously in the vacuum state without any inert gas.

According to the color improving film, a change in color sensitivity according to an angle of view is small, an external light reflectivity is low, and a light transmittivity and a light diffusibility are substantially improved. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a solar cell comprising a selective emitter, the method comprising the steps of: forming an electrode pattern and an alignment mark by performing a first impurity doping locally on one surface of a substrate; and performing a second impurity doping on the entire surface of the first doped substrate, wherein, as a result of the first and second doping, the alignment mark is formed on a first emitter or a second emitter, and the electrode pattern is formed on the second emitter. When manufacturing the selective emitter, the alignment mark is formed by doping processes. The use of the alignment mark can increase the matching of the electrode pattern formed in the selective emitter and the resulting electrode line. Further, a solar cell having the selective emitter has excellent conversion efficiency and a high fill factor value.

Abstract

Disclosed are a compound for an organic optoelectronic device, an organic light emitting diode including the same, and a display device including the organic light emitting diode. The compound for an organic optoelectronic device represented by the following Chemical Formula 1 provides an organic light emitting diode having life-span characteristics due to excellent electrochemical and thermal stability, and high luminous efficiency at a low driving voltage.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a photocurable adhesive composition. The photocurable adhesive composition comprises a urethane(meth)acrylate resin, a functional-group-containing polybutadiene, a photocurable monomer and a photoinitiator; and the functional group is either an epoxy group or a hydroxyl group. The photocurable adhesive composition ensures good outdoor readability, has outstanding adhesive properties, and impact strength and optical transparency, and minimizes the phenomenon whereby substantial contraction occurs during photocuring, and thus can be suitably used for a display.

Abstract

A method for preparing dimethyl carbonate of the present invention comprises a step of reacting methanol and carbon dioxide in the presence of a supported catalyst containing a catalyst supported on a carrier of metal oxide including at least one of cerium oxide (CeO2) and zinc oxide (ZnO), wherein the catalyst includes at least one metal oxide of nickel oxide (NiO) and zirconium oxide (ZrO2). The supported catalyst has improved acid-base characteristics, and thus can produce a high yield of dimethyl carbonate from methanol and carbon dioxide.
