Frame for clamping a container and method for mixing in a flexible container and container for clamping
A flexible package for storing and transporting bulk goods. Such flexible package can have material-impermeable connections for spreading out sections of the flexible package wall so as to correspond to a predefined shape. One or more docking connections for filling and discharging can be included. The flexible package can have a square bottom and adjacent to the sides thereof triangular stubs as lateral walls. Together, such lateral walls can form an upwardly open pyramid shape. Opposite the bottom, a coupling element can be connected in such a manner that it presents the flexible package so as to be sealable in a standardized manner on open-sided ends of the lateral walls.

The invention relates to a clamping-action tie (1), in particular for docking two lines (2, 3) or flanges (4), which consists of at least one flexible tie (10) with a closure end (20) and a free end (30), which should be connected to the closure end (20), which tie (10) can be closed in a stepped manner, with latching action, or stepless manner around an axis (A), wherein at least one closing side (12) of the tie (10) is intended to interact mechanically with the closure end (20) during a closing operation, wherein the closing side (12) and/or a further side of the tie (10), in the form of a clamping side (16), has at an axial (A) spacing apart from one another over the length of the tie (10), at at least two circumferential locations, at least two roughly radially inwardly directed elevations (32, 34) directed towards a tied article which runs radially inwards in the direction of the axis (A), wherein a clamping region (30) is made between each interacting arrangement of elevations.
Docking device, for contamination-free connecting, for example, of two containers or two lines, having shut-off members of a flap which can be rotated about a common axis for switching over between a docking position and a throughflow position, which flap is intended to block a throughflow, for example of a bulk material, in the docking position and to allow said throughflow in the throughflow position, which shut-off members are in each case mounted in a housing (20) and are arranged in the respective housing (20) in such a way that, in the docking position, the shut-off members bear against one another with interface surfaces (12) at least over a part area and are sealed against one another, wherein at least one of the shut-off members is intended to engage into at least one further one of the shut-off members or to engage behind the further shut-off member.
The invention relates to a framework, in particular a plant construction framework, comprising a plurality of tubes (200, 201) and connectors (1) arranged therebetween. Furthermore, the invention relates to a connection element for connecting tubes. Finally, the invention relates to a mounting method for such a framework and/or connection element. Here, at least one of the tubes (200, 201) is releasably connected to the connector (1) by way of fastening means (373, 385). According to the invention, the connector (1) has a basic shape which, for each releasable tube (200, 201), is configured with a receptacle (10) which corresponds to the cross section of the tubes (200, 201) and which has a stop surface (12, 13) which is complementary to the tube end. The connector (1) has a through-hole (14, 16) along the longitudinal axes of the releasable tubes (200, 201). According to the invention, the mounting method provides that the clamping part (2, 3, 4, 5) is prestressed with respect to the connector (1) by way of a centring ring (20, 22) and an inner circumferential elastic sealing element (1282) arranged facing the connector (1), and the releasable tube (200, 201) is subsequently plugged onto the clamping part over and beyond the inner circumferential elastic sealing element and against the connector (1) in order then to tighten it against the connector (1), with the inner circumferential elastic sealing element (1282) being forced further radially outwards.
The invention relates to a double flap device (1, 1') for the sealed connection of two receptacles (3; 5), having two housings halves (10; 20) between which a detachable connection can be produced, in each case one flap (12; 22) per housing half (10; 20), wherein the flap is pivotably mounted in the associated housing half (10; 20), the housing halves (10; 20) and the flaps (12; 22) resting on one another and being tensioned against one another when the double flap device (1) is in a connected position. The two flaps (12; 22) can be pivoted as a double flap between a closed position and an open position, it being possible in the open position for a free-flowing product to be transferred from a first (3) into a second (5) of the receptacles (3, 5) in a flow direction (D). The double flap device (1, 1') comprises at least one unit (100) for cleaning at least one of the flaps (12; 22) and a flap chamber (15, 25). The invention further relates to a method for cleaning flaps (12; 22) of such a double flap device.
The invention relates to dual flap device (1, 1') for the environmentally tight connection of two receptacles (3, 5). The dual flap device is provided with two housing halves (10, 10'; 20, 20'), which can be releasably connected. Each housing half (10, 10'; 20, 20') accommodates a flap (12, 12'; 22, 22'), which is pivotable by way of a half shaft (14, 24). In a connected position of the dual flap device (1, 1'), the housing halves (10, 10'; 20, 20') and the flaps (12, 12'; 22, 22') rest against each other and are tensioned against one another, respectively. The half shafts (14, 24) of the two flaps (12, 12'; 22, 22') unite to form a mutual shaft (15) having a rotational axis (A). Thus, using a locking device (40, 40'), both flaps (12, 12'; 22, 22') can be pivoted between a closed position and an open position by way of the mutual shaft (15). According to the invention, a first housing half (10, 10') is provided with a locking device (30, 30'), at least on one side, located in axial extension of the respective half shaft (14), which makes it possible to switch the dual flap device (1, 1') between an unlocked and a locked position.
The invention relates to a valve (1, 1') for extracting a sample from a content (11) of a tank (10). The sampling must occur without contamination. To this end, according to the invention, the valve (1, 1') comprises a stationary part (20, 20') securely connected to the tank (10), a mobile part (40, 40') releaseably connected to the stationary part (20, 20'), and an actuating mechanism (24) for switching between a base position and a switched position. The stationary part (20, 20') comprises a rotatably supported first partial body (32, 32') of a shutoff body (30, 30') substantially rotationally symmetrical about an axis (A). The mobile part (40, 40') comprises a rotatably supported second partial body (34, 34') of the shutoff body (30, 30'). The first partial body (32, 32') and/or the second partial body (34, 34') comprise a recess (50, 70) for receiving or conveying the sample.
