A using method of the rotating and swinging-driving vane compressor is also provided. The friction force between the vanes (4) and the cylinder wall is relatively stable, which facilitates lubrication and noise reduction of the compressor and prolongs the service life.

The reverser heats a spiral pipe-type molecular sieve through an electric heating wire, heats and removes water vapor condensation contained in lubricating oil in a lubricating system of a compressor, completes oil-water separation in the emulsified lubricating oil, and renews the quality of the lubricating oil, thereby overcoming the emulsion of the lubricating oil caused by the water vapor condensation in the compressor, and ensuring reliable lubrication and safe and efficient operation of the compressor.

Abstract

A ship-borne wave-activated pendulum generator driven by turbulent motion comprises: a base (1), a pendulum generator (2), a pendulum rod (3), a pendulum bob (4), a sliding sleeve (5), and a damping spring (6). An inertial vibration member, which consists of the damping spring (6) and a mass block consisting of the pendulum rod (3) and the pendulum bob (4), absorbs wave energy which causes a hull (1000) to undergo turbulent motion. The wave energy is converted into unidirectional rotation of a generator rotor (25) by means of a one-way bearing mechanism, and the mechanical energy is temporarily stored in the form of rotational inertial energy. At the same time, a coil of a generator stator (24) couples with a magnetic field of the generator rotor (25) and a pulsed induced electric potential is generated. Finally, a rectification circuit and an energy storage battery are used to convert the pulsed electric potential into a stable voltage and power a ship-borne electrical load device. The wave-activated generator has a simple structure and high energy conversion efficiency and volume power density, is reliable, and is low-cost.

The bearing platform (2) of the cutting machine is divided into air suction grids which are independently opened and closed relative to each other by means of a magnetically-driven composite structure composed of a valve block array layer (21), a grating (22) and nonwoven fabric (23); a magnetic drive beam moving along with the Y-axis driving module (5) above the bearing platform (2) is capable of achieving dynamic gating of a valve block (211) in a local band region of the bearing platform (2) and the exhaust fan (8) by means of the switch control over an air valve (2113) of the valve block (211) in the bearing platform (2). The effective air suction section of the bearing platform (2) is limited within the band region near the tool bit (6), so that the negative pressure adsorption effect of the local region of the bearing platform (2) is achieved with lower air suction power. The cutting machine with a bearing platform having explicit magnetic beam driving array valve has advantages such as a simple structure, low manufacturing costs, a good negative pressure adsorption effect, low noise levels and low energy consumption in production and operation.
