Abstract

Provided is a fire-resistant filler which is formed inside a pipe to divide the space inside the pipe, and has, on the surface thereof, a coating layer including expandable graphite. Abstract

The present invention relates to an insulated high-temperature gasket having a plurality of sealing units, the gasket comprising: a gasket main body formed of a metal material and having serrated bent units on upper and lower surfaces thereof; a plurality of sealing layers formed on a surface of the main body, for improving insulating and heat resistant properties; and a wing portion opened to outward direction from an outer circumferential unit of the main body and having an elastic body inserted therein such that an outer ring can be installed therein, wherein the gasket further comprises an organic/inorganic thin film coating layer formed on a surface of the sealing layer and an inorganic layer formed on a surface of the organic/inorganic thin film coating layer. According to the present invention, because the insulated high-temperature gasket having the plurality of sealing layers is used, airtightness of a pipe used to transport a fluid can be increased, and durability and heat resistance of the gasket can be maximized. At the same time, because it is easy to manufacture and process the gasket, versatility in high-temperature and high-pressure environments can be noticeably improved, and the sealing member can be easily attached and detached to easily carry out operations.
