The present invention provides a device for detecting an abnormality in a tire for a light rail with rubber wheels. The detection device is installed inside the auxiliary rim, which is a rigid body mounted on an outer circumferential surface of a wheel, in a rubber tire body, and a protrusion part forming a detection unit of the detection device is configured to protrude into a space inside the rubber tire body. When the tire is punctured, the inner circumferential surface of the rubber tire body comes into close contact with the auxiliary rim, and the protrusion part is pushed into the auxiliary rim to touch the piezoelectric element of the detection unit and generate an electric signal, and thereby transmit a signal for indicating an abnormal condition of the tire to a controller.

The pneumatic tire includes a bead portion and a rim flange provided outside the bead portion. The rim flange is made of a rubber resistant to ozone and fatigue and a hardness reinforcing rubber portion is interposed between the rim flange and the bead portion. The pneumatic tire of the present invention avoids a change in the physical properties of the flange rubber, ozone cracks caused by ozone present in the air, and fatigue cracks caused by frequent flexion and extension to achieve improved handling stability and straight ahead ability.

A pneumatic tire to be combined with a rim is proposed. The tire may include a bead for preventing the pneumatic tire from coming off the rim. Disclosed is a pneumatic tire. The pneumatic tire according to the present invention is a pneumatic tire having a rim flange part outside a bead part, wherein the rim flange part is rubber that is resistant to ozone and fatigue, and a hardness-reinforced rubber part is interposed between the rim flange part and the bead part. Accordingly, tire adjustment stability and straightness performance can be improved by solving problems such as changes in physical properties of flange rubber, ozone cracks caused by ozone present in air, and fatigue cracks caused by frequent bending and stretching exercises.

This application relates to a tire sensor configuring device and a smart tire system including the same. In one aspect, the tire sensor configuring device includes a transceiver receiving a communication module identification code of a communication module provided in a vehicle to communicate with a smart tire management server, tire identification codes of a plurality of tires mounted to the vehicle, and sensor identification codes of sensor modules respectively attached to the plurality of tires. The tire sensor configuring device may also include a controller configured to arrange the communication module identification code, the tire identification codes, and the sensor identification codes according to a protocol previously created in association with the smart tire management server to form a packet. Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition for a non-pneumatic tire spoke. In particular, the non-pneumatic tire spoke prepared from the composition for a non-pneumatic tire spoke has excellent mechanical properties. A composition for a non-pneumatic tire spoke includes a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, a silane-based interfacial binder, and silica particles. The silica particles have an average particle diameter of 100 to 300 μm.
A non-pneumatic tire comprises: a band part including an inner band and an outer band, the outer band being separated from the inner band by a predetermined distance to surround the inner band; and a spoke part provided to extend in a circumferential direction of the tire between the inner band and the outer band, the spoke part including one or more holes when viewed in the circumferential direction and one or more holes when viewed in an axial direction of the tire.

The present invention provides a resonance noise reduction tire having a sound absorbing material mounted therein. The resonance noise reduction tire has a sound absorbing material which is mounted therein so as to be adhered to an inner liner formed inside the tire in a circumferential direction thereof. The sound absorbing material is adhered to the inner liner in the circumferential direction thereof, and is configured so that opposite ends thereof are adhered with being separated at a predetermined interval so as not to be abutted to each other.
The present invention provides a pneumatic tire including a tread block 10 having a sipe 100 formed therein. A three-dimensional inclined surface groove 110 is formed at an upper portion of the sipe 100 formed in the tread block 10, such that three-dimensional inclined surface protrusions 16 and inclined surface grooves 17 respectively formed on both sipe side wall surfaces 15 forming the sipe 100 so as to correspond to each other may minimize a movement of the tread blocks 10 due to a stress generated from the tire contacting with a ground during driving, so as to increase a traction force. In addition, a lower through groove is formed at a lower portion of the sipe 100 formed in the tread block 10, such that it is possible to reduce a resonance noise of the tire occurring when driving, more easily and automatically discharge the foreign matters caught in the sipes 100 of the tire during driving, and improve a traction performance of the tire in the latter half of the tire lifespan by dividing the remaining tread block 10 after the upper portion of the tread block 10 is worn.
In order to ensure outside noise reduction, this pneumatic tire comprises a lug groove (24) that opens outwards in the tire width direction on the outermost side of the tread (2) in the tire width direction, and is provided with a projection (10) which is disposed outside of the opening of the lug groove (24) in the tire width direction, and which, in a state assembled on a normal rim, filled with normal internal pressure and loaded with 70% of the normal load, extends outwards in the tire radial direction beyond the bottom (R) of the lug groove (24) at maximum groove depth, wherein the leading end (10Aa) of the projection (10) is arranged inwards of the tread surface (S) of the tread (2) in the tire radial direction. Said projection (10) comprises a projection main body (10A) which protrudes from the tire surface, and a tip projection (10B) which extends from the leading end (10Aa) of the projection main body (10A) via a stepped portion (10C) and is formed such that the meridional sectional width is narrower than the leading end (10Aa) of the projection main body (10A).
