A naturally derived, safe-to-use microbial material that can contribute to increasing agricultural production by promoting crop growth and increasing yield, while controlling plant disease at the same time. Viable bacteria of a novel bacterial strain of genus Lysinibacillus, or a culture containing the viable bacteria, are used as an active component.
