A sterilization system that includes a sterilization tank having a closed end and an open end and a lid assembly having a chamber facing side opposite an outward facing side. The lid assembly is removably engageable with the sterilization tank at the open end of the sterilization tank thereby forming a sterilization chamber when engaged with the sterilization tank. The sterilization system also includes one or more ozone sources and one or more fans coupled to the chamber facing side of the lid assembly such that the one or more ozone sources and the one or more fans are disposed in the sterilization chamber when the lid assembly is engaged with the sterilization tank and a controller communicatively coupled to the one or more ozone sources and the one or more fans.
A plug for a container for storing liquid includes a housing and an input end at an end of the housing, where the input end allows gas flow to pass through. A first sensor is in a first sensor chamber inside the housing, the first sensor being configured to detect a phenol. A first filter is between the input end and the first sensor, where the first filter selectively allows the phenol to pass through. A first flow pathway is between the first input chamber and the first sensor chamber.
A plug for a container for storing liquid includes a housing and an input end at an end of the housing, the input end having a liquid-impermeable membrane that allows gas flow to pass through. A first sensor is in a first sensor chamber inside the housing, the first sensor being configured to detect a smoke taint compound. A first filter is between the input end and the first sensor, where the first filter selectively allows phenols to pass through. A second sensor is in a second sensor chamber inside the housing, the second sensor being configured to detect a second substance different from the smoke taint compound. A second filter is between the input end and the second sensor, wherein the second filter selectively allows the second substance to pass through.

A printed gas sensor is disclosed. The sensor may include a porous substrate, an electrode layer, a liquid or gel electrolyte layer, and an encapsulation layer. The electrode layer comprises two or more electrodes that are formed on one side of the porous substrate. The liquid or gel electrolyte layer is in electrolytic contact with the two or more electrodes. The encapsulation layer encapsulates the electrode layer and electrolyte layer thereby forming an integrated structure with the porous substrate.
