Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of woven net structures. Disclosed is a woven net. The woven net of the present invention comprises a plurality of knitted warps arranged in a radial direction, wherein the two adjacent knitted warps are connected by means of connecting lines; each knitted warp is formed by chain knots which are connected in a string and made of looped fiber by weaving; at least some of the knitted warps each further comprise an insertion warp that is substantially straight and is inserted in the chain knots in the radial direction; and the elongation of the looped fiber is greater than that of the insertion warp, and with respect to a nominal elongation ratio a, the elongation ratio of the looped fiber to the insertion warp is in a range of 0.85-1.25a. In this way, the looped fiber and insertion warp that meet the requirements are chosen to satisfy the elongation ratio, and after weaving, the insertion warp and the chain knots in the knitted warp have similar elongations and thus can simultaneously exert the maximum tensile force, thereby improving the overall strength of a straw bundling net.

Abstract

A warp-inserted warp chain knitted chain structure for knitted net is disclosed, which is formed by two parts, i.e., a warp-knitted chain and an insertion warp plainly and straightly inserted into the warp-knitted chain. The warp-knitted chain is formed by serially connecting loop links formed through warp knitting of looping fibers. The denier of the warp-knitted chain is 3 times the denier A of the looping fibers. The ratio of the denier A of the looping fibers to the denier C of the insertion warp is less than or equal to 2.33. In a baling net using the same, under the same knitted chain denier, the insertion warp and the warp-knitted chain are used to jointly bear the warp load, such that the insertion warp does not bend, and the strength of the knitted chain is improved, thus improving the overall strength of the baling net.

Abstract

A warp insertion and warp chain knitted chain structure for a knitted net, formed by compounding two parts, i.e., a warp knitted chain (L) and a warp insertion (5) inserted into the warp knitted chain (L) in a plain manner. The warp knitted chain (L) is formed by connecting looping fiber links (2) formed by warp knitting of looping fibers (4) in series; the denier of the warp knitted chain (L) is three times the denier A of the looping fibers (4); and a ratio of the denier A of the looping fibers (4) to the denier C of the warp insertion (5) is smaller than or equal to 2.33. A bale net wrap using the warp insertion and warp chain knitted chain structure for a knitted net. Compared with existing warp knitted and looped chain structures, according to the warp insertion and warp chain knitted chain structure for a knitted net, in the case of a same knitted chain denier, the plain warp insertion and the warp knitted chain jointly bear warp load, so that the problems of bending and weakened strength of the warp insertion are avoided, the strength of the knitted chain is improved, and thus the overall strength of the bale net warp having the warp insertion and warp chain knitted chain structure is improved.
