Abstract

The invention relates to a covering consisting of panels (1, 2, 3) that can be mechanically connected to each other in a laying plane (5), having the following features: a) adjacent first (1) and second (2) panels have end faces (6, 6') that are complementary to each other and that face each other; wherein a guiding groove (20) opens in the end face (6) of the first panel (1) and a locking groove (11) opens in the end face (6') of the second panel (2); b) a locking tongue (10) that can be moved relatively is arranged in the guiding groove (20) of the first panel (1), which locking tongue is suitable for engaging in the locking groove (11) of the adjacent second panel (2) during the connection of the adjacent panels (1, 2) in order to assume a locking position and thus to fix the first (1) and second (2) panel in relation to each other at least perpendicularly to the laying plane (4); c) a lower jaw of the locking groove (11) is designed in such a way that said lower jaw has an outer contact edge (13) for laterally contacting the locking tongue (10) in the locking position of the locking tongue and a section (14) that is inside in relation to the contact edge (13) and that maintains a clearance to the locking tongue (10) in the locking position of the locking tongue.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a floor panel that comprises a support plate and a decorative layer arranged on the upper side of the support plate, the decorative layer being pressed in a press onto the support plate by supplying heat. The invention is characterized in that micro-recesses are formed by a pressing tool on a surface of the decorative layer during the pressing process, thereby imparting high non-slip values to the floor panel.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a floor panel (1, 2), especially a laminate floor panel (1, 2), having a core (14), preferably from MDF or HDF, and a plurality of narrow faces (3, 4, 5, 6) that are provided with respective connecting profiles (7, 7). Once the connecting profile (7, 7') of the respective narrow face (3, 4, 5, 6) has been produced, at least one opaque coat or contrasting coat is applied to the connecting profile (7, 7').

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a floor panel (1) having a length (L) and a width (B), which comprises a core (4) and an insulating layer (6) that is arranged on a tread side (5) of the floor panel (1). The invention is characterized in that the insulating layer (6) is produced as a continuous web, said continuous web is fed to a printing machine that produces a recurring printed image (12) on the upper side (6) of the insulating layer (6) facing the tread side, said printed image having an image length that corresponds to the length (L) of the floor panel or a multiple of (L).
