Abstract
The invention relates to a panel with a securing mechanism, with the advantage that said securing mechanism is formed by a notch (5) which joins precisely with a triple fold (6), achieving a strong and secure join. The configuration of the securing mechanism permits material to be absorbed without affecting the initial dimensions at the edge (4), in high relief (2) and/or low relief (3), making the process of manufacturing the panel with a securing mechanism more tolerant to the variations of raw material. Another benefit of the panel with a securing mechanism is that, when two panels are being joined, said join remains hidden, meaning that the triple fold is not visible from the front, providing the join with greater rigidity as well as good decorative value. The panel with a securing mechanism according to the invention permits the triple fold (6) to be unfolded when a greater area needs to be covered with the same panel, without having to join together with another panel with another securing mechanism.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a perforated panel with a fastening system that allows the passage of light, circulation of air and visibility through said panel as a result of perforations made in the body of the panel of the present invention. A further advantage of said panel is that it allows the secure assembly of various panels, via any of the ends of the body, thus allowing a wide variety of applications in which different products, such as furniture and construction structures, can be obtained. The configuration of the perforated panel with a fastening system allows an easy and practical disassembly of the panels.
