Abstract

A flat-plate water-heating photovoltaic/thermal module and a production process thereof are disclosed. The flat-plate water-heating photovoltaic/thermal module includes a frame. The lower surface of the frame is provided with a heat preservation back plate. The upper surface of the frame is sequentially laminated with a glass cover plate, a first photovoltaic cell laminating adhesive, a photovoltaic cell slice, a second photovoltaic cell laminating adhesive, a transparent back plate, a third photovoltaic cell laminating adhesive and a heat absorbing component from top to bottom. A heat preservation cavity is formed between the heat preservation back plate and the heat absorption part.

Abstract

A flat-plate photovoltaic water heating assembly and a manufacturing process method therefor. The flat-plate photovoltaic water heating assembly comprises a frame (12); a thermally insulating backplate (1) provided on the lower surface of the frame; a glass cover plate (10), a first photovoltaic cell laminating adhesive (9), a photovoltaic cell plate (8), a second photovoltaic cell laminating adhesive (7), a transparent backplate (6), a third photovoltaic cell laminating adhesive (5), and a heat absorbing part (11) stacked in a downward sequence on the upper surface of the frame (12); and, a thermally insulating cavity (2) provided between the thermally insulating backplate (1) and the heat absorbing part (11). This increases the production efficiency for the flat-plate photovoltaic water heating assembly, improves the adhesive effect and optimizes the thermal conductivity between the head absorbing part (11) and the photovoltaic cell plate (8), thus improving and stabilizing the photoelectric and photothermal comprehensive performance of the flat-plate photovoltaic water heating assembly, and enhancing the service life of the flat-plate photovoltaic water heating assembly.
