Abstract

Provided are a locking device for a rubber composite extruder head, a rubber composite extruder head and a locking method for a rubber composite extruder head. The locking device for the rubber composite extruder head includes a lock door, a connecting seat, a connecting plate, and a mobile unit. The lock door includes a through hole, the connecting seat is arranged in the through hole. The mobile unit is installed in an inner cavity of the connecting seat. The connecting plate is located outside the lock door, both ends are respectively connected with the lock door. The mobile unit is connected with the connecting plate; the mobile unit drives the lock door through the connecting plate to move reciprocally. The locking devices are symmetrically installed on two side surfaces of the rubber composite extruder head.

Abstract

A rubber composite extruder head locking device, an extruder head, and a method, relating to the field of extrusion devices. The rubber composite extruder head locking device comprises a lock door (2), a connecting seat (9), a connecting plate (8), and a moving unit (10); a through hole is formed on the lock door (2), the connecting seat (9) is disposed in the through hole, and the moving unit (10) is installed in the inner cavity of the connecting seat (9); the connecting plate (8) is located outside the lock door (2), two ends are respectively connected to the lock door (2), and the moving unit (10) is connected to the connecting plate (8); the moving unit (10) drives the lock door (2) to perform reciprocating movement by means of the connecting plate (8). The locking structure is simple, the processing and assembly performance are good, and the locking efficiency of die bodies is improved. The locking devices are installed symmetrically on two side surfaces of an extruder head, thereby making a space for the connection between the head and an extruder at the back of the head, and a special extrusion apparatus can be provided, thereby achieving high expansion adaptability.

Abstract

Disclosed are a laminating disc and a laminating method thereof, by means of which high-efficiency laminating processing between a bead filler and a steel ring, and assembling and disassembling of the steel ring are realized. In order to achieve the aim above, a solution is to provide a laminating disc. The laminating disc comprises a laminating apparatus A and a laminating apparatus B, which are used for laminating a bead filler and assembling and disassembling a steel ring, and a rotary separation apparatus, which is used for providing required displacement for the laminating apparatus A and the laminating apparatus B, wherein the laminating apparatus A and the laminating apparatus B are respectively arranged at the upper part of the rotary separation apparatus opposite one another and in opposite directions, and the rotary separation apparatus is connected to the laminating apparatus A and the laminating apparatus B respectively. The laminating disc can solve the problems, such as a low efficiency and poor universality, present in a traditional laminating disc.
