Abstract
A pusher centrifuge includes a rotatable filter drum having a drum body and a piston that are configured to be reciprocated axially relative to one another, a filter drum drive shaft rigidly connected to the filter drum, a hydraulic push mechanism for generating an axial oscillating push force and connected to the filter drum so as to cause the relative reciprocating movement between the piston and the drum body, a hydraulic pump including a pump input shaft and is in fluid connection with the hydraulic push mechanism, and a drive motor including at least one output shaft connected to the pump input shaft and the filter drum drive shaft to actuate both the pump input shaft and the filter drum drive shaft. The at least one output shaft of the drive motor is connected to the pump input shaft in a manner without an intervening gearbox, thereby forming a direct drive.

Abstract
Filter drum for a vacuum and/or pressure filtration device for the filtration of a suspension, which comprises a solid and a liquid, comprising: a drive shaft via which the filter drum is rotatably supportable and rotatably drivable, a filter drum body which is formed in a manner separated from the drive shaft, to which the drive shaft extends centrally and which includes a first drum end wall and a second drum end wall as well as a drum jacket wall which extends, along the drive shaft, between the first drum end wall and the second drum end wall and connects the first drum end wall and the second drum end wall to each other, and a first clamping ring set and a second clamping ring set, corresponding to the first drum end wall and the second drum end wall, respectively, by which, in a respective manner, the first drum end wall and the second drum end wall are, via radial clamping, fixedly connected to the drive shaft such that a driving torque applied to the drive shaft is correspondingly transmittable from the drive shaft to the first drum end wall and/or the second drum end wall and, thereby, to the filter drum body via the first clamping ring set and/or the second clamping ring set, respectively.

Abstract
A vacuum and/or pressure filtration device includes a filter drum defining a drum axis and it is supported rotatably around the drum axis. The filter drum includes an outer jacket, by which a plurality of filter cells are formed, which extend along the drum axis, which are arranged adjacent to each other all around the drum axis, and which are equipped on their outer side with a filter medium; and an inner jacket, which is arranged adjacent to the outer jacket, which has an inner jacket outer surface, which limits the filter cells radially inside such that by the inner jacket outer surface a plurality of draining surfaces are formed, on which the liquid passing through the respective filter medium during filtration of the suspension can drain as a filtrate. The filtration device filters a suspension having solid and liquid components.

Abstract

Abstract
The invention relates to a vacuum and/or pressure drum filter device for filtering a solid material from a suspension, which is formed from the solid material and a liquid. Said device comprises a device housing (10), a rotatable filter drum (30), which defines a filter drum longitudinal axis (L1) and which is arranged in the device housing (10), a gas supply line (50) for supplying a gas into the device housing (10) and a peeling blade (172). The gas supply line (50) comprises a first gas outlet device (52) having one or a plurality of gas outlet openings (54) which are formed to extend along the filter drum longitudinal axis (L1) and from which the gas in the device housing (10) emerges, and wherein the one or more gas outlet openings (54) are arranged radially outside of the filter drum (30), and on one side (172b) of the peeling blade (172) facing away from the filter drum (30).

Abstract
A multi-cell filter device can have: a filter drum (1), which has a horizontally extending longitudinal axis and which is rotatable about its longitudinal axis and defines a jacket surface (3); a plurality of filter cells (5) which are formed on the outside of the jacket surface (3) and which are each open radially to the outside and are distributed about the circumference of the filter drum (1) and are arranged alongside one another in the circumferential direction of the filter drum and which are separated from one another by means of respective radial filter cell walls (7) which are arranged at angular intervals from each other corresponding to a circumference width of the filter cells (5); and a suspension feeder device (41) by which a suspension (33) to be filtered is fed to the filter drum (1), wherein the suspension feeder device (41) has a suspension input area with at least one suspension input opening (45-1, 45-2) through which the suspension (33) to be filtered is input into the filter cells (5), wherein the suspension input area (S) is arranged over the filter drum (1) such that, during the rotary operation of the filter drum (1), the suspension (33) to be filtered can be inserted from the at least one suspension input opening (45-1, 45-2) from above into the radially outwardly open filter cells (5).
