An indoor environment adjustment method capable of stabilizing the quality of a fungal bed and an indoor environment adjustment system capable of implementing such method. The indoor environment adjustment method adjusts an environment in a small room having a fungal bed production device is, and the method includes: acquiring outdoor environment information on an outside of the small room; and adjusting an indoor environment inside the small room based on the acquired outdoor environment information. The indoor environment adjustment system adjusts the environment in the small room having the fungal bed production device, and the system includes: indoor environment adjustor for adjusting an indoor environment inside the small room; outdoor information acquisitor for acquiring outdoor environment information on an outside of the small room; and controller for controlling the indoor environment adjustor based on the outdoor environment information acquired by the outdoor information acquisitor.
A culture medium, a fungal bed, and a bagged fungal bed each of which is less liable to have mold occurring therein, and methods of producing those; wherein the culture medium contains at least one or two or more of a Bacillus sp. bacterium, an Ewingella sp. bacterium, and a Pseudomonas sp. bacterium. The fungal bed includes the culture medium inoculated with an inoculum, and the bagged fungal bed includes the fungal bed accommodated in a film bag having fine perforations. The culture medium production method incudes: heating a substrate in a storage container; and supplying air into the storage container. The fungal bed production method includes inoculating a culture medium, which is produced by the culture medium production method, with an inoculum of a mushroom, and the method of producing a bagged fungal bed includes accommodating the fungal bed in a film bag having a plurality of fine perforations.

This indoor environment adjustment system is for adjusting the environment in a small chamber 20 wherein a mushroom bed production device 10 is installed, and is provided with: an indoor environment adjustment means 30 for adjusting the indoor environment of the small chamber 20; an outdoor information acquisition means 40 for acquiring outdoor environment information outside the small chamber 20; and a control means 50 for controlling the indoor environment adjustment means 30 on the basis of the outdoor environment information acquired by the outdoor information acquisition means 40.

This culture medium manufacturing method incudes a step for heating a substrate in a storage container and a step for feeding air into the storage container. This fungus bed manufacturing method is a method for inoculating a culture medium manufactured by the aforementioned culture medium manufacturing method with a mushroom inoculum. This bagged fungus bed manufacturing method is a method for housing the fungus bed in a film bag provided with a plurality of micropores.
