Abstract

A method for nickel-based catalytic synthesis of 3-decarbamoyl cefuroxime acid. The method comprises the following steps: putting 2-furyl-2-methoxyiminoacetic acid and a nickel-based catalyst into a reaction device, adding a solvent, and performing uniform stirring to obtain a first mixture; dissolving 3-aminocephalosporanic acid in a sodium hydroxide solution to obtain a second mixture; adding the second mixture into the first mixture, and performing a first reaction to obtain a compound represented by a formula 3; and adding alkali liquor into the compound represented by the formula 3 to perform a second reaction to obtain 3-decarbamoyl cefuroxime acid. According to the method, synthetic steps of a target compound can be greatly shortened, the use of amidation reagents such as phosphorus oxychloride or phosphorus pentachloride is avoided, the content of trans-isomeric impurities in a target product is reduced, and the method has the characteristics of a simple process operation and reliable safety.
