Abstract

An air draft system for preventing odor from escaping during furnace starting and stopping in a garbage incineration power plant, comprising a primary air draft system and a secondary air draft system. Due to the fact that a primary air furnace top air draft pipeline and a secondary air furnace top air draft pipeline are further provided, when the incinerator is in an off state or is in a just-started combustion state, since the hearth temperature is low, pneumatic fire dampers of the primary air draft system and and of the secondary air draft system are closed, and then the primary air furnace top air draft pipeline and the secondary air furnace top air draft pipeline are opened, and the primary air draft system and the secondary air draft system respectively draft air from the top of the furnace. Due to the fact that air above the top of the furnace is clean, the surrounding environment is not affected when flue gas is discharged into the air by means of a chimney. The flue gas discharged into the air by means of the chimney is prevented from containing an obvious odor because the temperature of the furnace is lower, effectively solving the existing technical problem.

Abstract

A method for measuring the content of heavy metal elements in household waste incineration power plant fly ash. A potion, i.e., a glacial acetic acid, is prepared at an extraction stage in the measurement process, and a tedious extractant confirmation operation is not needed; at a measurement stage, a calibration curve is drawn only once, the concentration gradient of the curve is set reasonably, and a dilution ratio of a suspected high-concentration sample can be determined before on-machine measurement; the preparation of HJ/ T 300-2007 traditional Chinese medicine can be effectively simplified; an extractant confirmation operation is not needed; and the disadvantages that many types of standard samples are needed, the concentration gradient of the calibration curve is unreasonable, the test time is long, the consumption of high-purity argon is high, the measurement is difficult, and the high-concentration waste liquid pollutes the environment in measuring the content of heavy metal in garbage power plant fly ash and a chelate thereof by HJ 781-2016 can be effectively solved. The present invention has significant advantages in the aspects such as sample testing period, material consumption, labor intensity, pollution control among samples, and measurement difficulty.

An outlet end of the ammonia gas recovery pipe (6) is connected to the dilution water tank (2.1), and an opening of the outlet end is located below the liquid level of dilution water. The ammonia gas escaping to the sandwiched space (5) flows into the ammonia gas recovery pipe (6) from the inlet end of the ammonia gas recovery pipe (6) and is finally dissolved in the water in the dilution water tank (2.1) to form dilution water. Abstract

Disclosed is a method for the online rapid calculation of a garbage incineration calorific value. The method comprises: collecting real-time temperature and humidity data and garbage fermentation time data of a garbage pool, and collecting real-time temperature data and air chamber pressure difference data of all sections of fire grates in a combustion chamber; and inputting historical data in a database into a data model formula, automatically comparing same with collected real-time data, and rapidly analyzing a garbage calorific value of a certain region by means of big data statistics and the data model formula. Under the support of rapidly analyzing a garbage calorific value, the speed of a fire grate and the opening degree of an air blower can be directly regulated and controlled, such that an optimal combustion working condition is realized, thereby ensuring that the effect of garbage incineration treatment and a pollutant emission index meet the requirements of a related national standard. After a rapid analysis is performed on a garbage calorific value, a regulation link of a garbage incinerator control system is entered in a more targeted manner, thereby improving the garbage incineration efficiency, and meeting the requirements for the decontamination, reduction and resource utilization treatment of solid waste in garbage.

Abstract

A synergistic treatment method for fly ash washing wastewater and wet-process deacidification wastewater. Chloride salts in fly ash are extracted by means of fly ash washing, then the fly ash is treated by curing using a chelating agent. After fly ash washing, the water content of a filter cake pressed by a plate and frame filter press is 40-50%, and an increase in an amount of water can increase the contact area between the chelating agent and the fly ash and improve the contact efficiency, so that the dosage of the chelating agent can be significantly reduced, and the production cost is reduced; moreover, generated fly ash washing wastewater is pumped into a deacidification wastewater pool by means of a pump and mixed with deacidification wastewater generated by a wet-process deacidification system of a waste incineration power plant, a mixed solution is conveyed to a sewage treatment facility by means of a pump, coagulation-sedimentation and evaporative crystallization processes are jointly performed to separate salts and purify water, the salts obtained by evaporation can be sold in the market, and the purified water is reused as makeup water for a fly ash washing process. Thus, the problem of enrichment of salts and heavy metals in fly ash is solved, and the goals of waste recycling and zero discharge of wastewater are achieved.

Abstract

A movable medical waste incineration treatment vehicle, comprising a movable unit. A box is provided on the unit, an incineration device and a flue gas treatment device are provided inside the box, a crusher is further provided at an inlet of an incinerator, a liquefied gas combustion-supporting device is further provided, and a combustion-supporting fan is further provided. During operation, medical waste is fed into the crusher for crushing treatment, and then enters into the incinerator to be combusted. In order to ensure smooth combustion, the combustion-supporting fan continuously supplies air into the incinerator. A water accumulation prevention device for evacuating a power plant condenser comprising an evacuation main pipe and two independent evacuation systems for evacuating the evacuation main pipe. A steam collection pipeline (4.3) is further arranged at the top of a digestion tank (1.4), one end of the steam collection pipeline (4.3) being connected to the digestion tank (1.4), and the other end thereof being connected to a second inlet (4.1A2) of the Venturi negative-pressure suction washing device (4.1); and an outlet (4.1B) of the Venturi negative-pressure suction washing device (4.1) is connected to a dilution tank (2.1). By means of adding a lime slurry backflow pipeline, a small portion of an output slurry of the slurry output pipeline (3.2B) in the lime slurry conveying device (3) is conveyed to an atomizer, and the majority of the output slurry flows into the Venturi negative-pressure suction washing device (4.1) via the first inlet (4.1A1), such that in a Venturi pipe, moist hot steam and a backflow slurry are mixed and condensed, and finally flow back to the dilution tank (2.1), thereby eliminating the moist hot steam.

In order to solve a problem existing in the prior art, the present invention provides a site location-based system and method for management of engineering quality acceptance: positioning an engineering project inspection site by means of a positioning base station, and solidifying criteria for quality acceptance in a software system; that is, it is convenient for a user to check the acceptance criteria at the time of acceptance; it is also possible to take photos on-site if a quality problem is found, and propose corrective action; during specific operation, the user can make a selection by means of clicking, with no need for the time-consuming input of text; at the same time, the entry of results is standardized, the selection and entry of numbers being the main focus, and the input of text being disabled, significantly increasing convenience for the user; by means of an engineering project information recommendation and selection process, the scope of selection is narrowed, further reducing the time spent by the user to operate the system, improving the operability of the system and effectively solving the problem in the prior art.

Abstract

A biogas dual-membrane storage system for a waste incineration power plant. The system comprises an explosion-proof fan (1), a check valve (2), a safety valve (3), a bottom membrane (4), an outer membrane (5), an inner membrane (6), a gas intake pipe (7) and a bottom plate (8), wherein the bottom membrane (4) is attached and fixed to the bottom plate (8), a closed gas storage space (6.1) is formed between the bottom membrane (4) and the inner membrane (6), a pressure regulating chamber (5.1) is formed between the inner membrane (6) and the outer membrane (5), and biogas generated by a biogas digester enters the gas storage space (6.1) by means of the gas intake pipe (7). Since a pressure regulating exhaust device is additionally arranged, when the pressure intensity of gas in the pressure regulating chamber (5.1) experiences overpressure, a pressure regulator (9) of the pressure regulating exhaust device is opened, and gas in the pressure regulating chamber (5.1) sequentially enters an alkali washing tower (10) and a deodorizing spray tower (11) by means of a pipeline for treatment, and then is discharged and is not directly discharged into the atmosphere, such that peculiar smell is prevented from being generated in the surrounding environment, system safety is further ensured, and the problems in the prior art are effectively solved.

An abnormality identification and adjustment method in an anaerobic treatment process for a household waste leachate, comprising a first identification step and a subsequent adjustment step. First, a water sample is obtained at a specified sampling point of an anaerobic reactor, and a gas sample is obtained at a discharge valve of a biogas manifold; the volatile organic acid concentration, total alkalinity, chemical oxygen demand, and pH value of the water sample, and the hydrogen sulfide concentration of the gas sample are analyzed; quick identification and diagnosis of working conditions of the anaerobic reactor are performed; on the basis of the identification and diagnosis results, an appropriate adjustment method is selected. The present invention aims at identifying direct causes of abnormalities of leachate anaerobic reactors, and making anticipations and adjustments.

Abstract

Abstract

A system and method for cooperative treatment of kitchen waste in a waste incineration plant, comprising a kitchen waste system and a domestic garbage treatment system. Waste water generated after the kitchen waste passes through a kitchen waste pretreatment system is divided into two paths for treatment; during the treatment of the first path of kitchen waste water, a coagulation apparatus and an air flotation apparatus are sequentially arranged before a waste leachate treatment system; and during the treatment of the second path of kitchen waste water, a homogeneous emulsification apparatus and a filtering and impurity removal apparatus are provided before a spray-back apparatus. Abstract

Disclosed are a system and a method for cooperatively treating kitchen waste in a garbage incineration plant. The system comprises a garbage pool, a three-phase separation device and a garbage incineration and power generation system, and further comprises a garbage leachate treatment system and a back-spraying device which work synergistically. Solid residue resulting from leachate of the garbage pool passing through the three-phase separation device enters the garbage pool; waste water is treated in two paths, waste water in a first path is treated by the garbage leachate treatment system, and waste water in a second path is sprayed back to an incinerator of the garbage incineration power generation system by means of the back-spraying device; and crude grease resulting from kitchen garbage and household garbage passing through the three-phase separation device is further purified or sold. According to a flow direction of the waste water, for the treatment of the waste water in the first path, a coagulation device and an air floatation device are sequentially arranged before the position where the waste water enters the garbage leachate treatment system; and for the treatment of the waste water in the second path, a homogeneous emulsification device and a filtering and impurity removing device are further arranged in front of the back-spraying device. The system can mainly solve the problem of a high amount of grease in waste water treatment during a synergistic treatment process of kitchen waste.

Abstract

A water-cooled furnace wall of a waste incinerator, comprising a side wall system consisting of a drying section side wall (7), a burning section side wall (8) and a burning-out section side wall (9) which respectively correspond to a drying grate (4), a burning grate (5) and a burning-out grate (6), a front side wall and a rear side wall, and a combustion chamber top wall system consisting of a front arch water-cooled wall (2) and a rear arch water-cooled wall (3). The burning section side wall (8) uses the water-cooled furnace wall, and as such, the flue gas temperature of a portion of a combustion chamber (1) at the side wall is reduced, so that the overall temperature in the combustion chamber (1) is reduced, and the service life of the furnace wall is prolonged; the flue gas distribution in the combustion chamber (1) is more uniform, which is beneficial for performing heat exchange and safe operation of a downstream heating surface; and compared with an air-cooled furnace wall, the water-cooled furnace wall has a simpler structure and a lower cost.

Abstract
