Abstract

Provided is a preparation method for a titanium dioxide material, comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a titanium oxychloride solid powder compound; (2) controlling the water content of the titanium oxychloride solid powder compound in step (1) to be 1% to 50% by mass of water; preferably, the water content being 5% to 30%; and (3) heating the titanium oxychloride solid powder compound in step (2) at a low temperature in a closed environment, so as to obtain the titanium dioxide material. The preparation method for the nano titanium dioxide material can be used for large-scale development of low-cost, high-performance nano titanium dioxide materials.

Abstract

A method for preparing titanium dioxide and a method for improving titanium dioxide dispersibility. A method for preparing a low-temperature crystallized titanium dioxide, the method comprising the following steps: (1) subjecting a titanium compound to hydrolysis, separation, purification and drying processes to obtain hydrated titanic acid; (2) heating the hydrated titanic acid to 100°C to 200°C; and (3) introducing hydrogen chloride gas into the heated hydrated titanic acid system and carrying out a constant pressure reaction to obtain a crystalline nano titanium dioxide material. The technical method of the low-temperature crystallized titanium dioxide can improve the precipitation synthesis method of nano titanium dioxide, and can also improve the performances and application field of titanium dioxide nano materials.

Abstract

Provided are a titanium dioxide material, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof, and a method for improving the dispersibility of titanium dioxide. The preparation method for a titanium dioxide material comprises: reacting a titanium alkoxide with water to form a hydrated titanium hydroxide precipitate; separating and drying the hydrated titanium hydroxide precipitate; mixing the dried titanium hydroxide with a small amount of an acid solution; heating the titanium hydroxide and acid solution mixture to react under sealed conditions so as to obtain a solid titanium dioxide material comprising crystalline nano-titanium dioxide particles. The solid titanium dioxide material can spontaneously disperse in water to form an aqueous dispersion in which the nano-titanium dioxide particles are stably suspended. Said material can be used in the preparation of composite materials, or in the fields of air and water purification, antibacterial disinfection, self-cleaning, sun protection and skin care, and so on. The method for improving the dispersibility of titanium dioxide comprises: placing a precursor solid titanium dioxide A in a container, filling same with hydrogen chloride gas and performing low-temperature heating to obtain a dispersible titanium dioxide B product.

Abstract
