TEXTILE FABRIC COLORING DEVICE FOR TEXTILE PROCESSING
Disclosed is a textile fabric coloring device for textile processing, comprising a dyeing box and a water exchange tube. The water exchange tube is fixed at a position on the outer wall of one side of the dyeing box close to the bottom, and a sealing cover is threadedly connected onto the inner wall of the water exchange tube; fabric guide rollers equidistantly distributed in a staggered manner are fixedly connected inside the dyeing box by means of rotating shafts; an unwinding mechanism is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the dyeing box, and a winding mechanism is arranged on the outer wall of the other side of the dyeing box; a coloring mechanism is arranged inside the dyeing box; the unwinding mechanism comprises a left side plate, a mounting plate, a fabric roller, and a fixing rod, the mounting plate is fixed onto one side of the dyeing box by means of the left side plate, and the fixing rod is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of one side of the mounting plate. According to the present invention, dye can penetrate through a fabric for dip dyeing; in addition, dye in the vicinity of the other side of the fabric can be suctioned into a water pumping box via water inlet holes on the water pumping box, so that the power of the dye to penetrate through the fabric can be improved, and the coloring effect is better.

Disclosed in the present invention is a cloth ironing device, comprising a base; a vertical support frame is fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the base; the end of the support frame away from the base is connected to a mounting base; an ironing mechanism is assembled on the mounting base; a vertical assembly base I and a vertical assembly base II are spaced apart from each other on the upper end surface of the base; and a clamping mechanism is mounted between the assembly base I and the assembly base II. The cloth ironing device treats a part, which needs to be re-ironed and finished, of cloth. Two ends of cloth that needs to be ironed are clamped by using limiting plates, and clamping bolts are rotated to fix the cloth. By starting a sliding screw rod, the clamped cloth can be stretched, facilitating subsequent ironing; an ironing bottom plate is vertically matched with an ironing roller, ensuring the surface of the cloth to be flat. In addition, for small-area cloth, when ironed, the whole piece of cloth can be driven by a turn-over motor to be turned over, facilitating double-sided ironing and finishing.
A spot type fabric printing device, comprising a printing box (11), a glue spreading assembly, and a powder spraying assembly. The glue spreading assembly comprises a glue box (12), a glue spreading roller (13), and an elastic device. The glue spreading roller (13) is mounted in the printing box by means of the elastic device, and located above the glue box (12). The elastic device comprises a fixed plate (20), a compression spring (21), and a rotating shaft (23), the fixed plate (20) and the compression spring (21) are sleeved on the rotating shaft (23), and a bidirectional telescopic rod (22) is fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft (23). The glue spreading assembly further comprises a glue spreading motor (17). According to the printing device, the fixed plate having a truncated cone structure and provided with engagement strips, the compression spring, and the bidirectional telescopic rod are engaged with the glue spreading roller provided with rectangular grooves and U-shaped grooves, and thus, the disassembly is convenient, and replacement is facilitated; use of a limiting roller and a limit lifting/lowering rod allows for a tight fit between fabric and spot protrusions, thereby facilitating subsequent powder spraying; use of a printing box door facilitates adding of powder and glue, and maintenance of the interior condition of the printing box; a fan provided with a heater is used to blow off excess powder and accelerate air drying of the fabric.
