Abstract

Disclosed in the utility model is a vertical latch locking mechanism for a rotating seat, including a vertical latch locking mechanism mounted on a rotating disc in a seat rotation mechanism, at least one lockhole provided on a disc surface of a fixed disc in the seat rotation mechanism, and at least one first lock pin hole provided on the rotating disc. The lockhole is aligned with the first lock pin hole, and the vertical latch locking mechanism includes: a locking pin bracket fixed on the rotating disc; and at least two lock pins vertically and moveably configured on the locking pin bracket. A first end of the lock pin passes through the first lock pin hole and is inserted into the lockhole, to implement locking. In the utility model, a horizontal locking mechanism is changed to a vertical latch mechanism, radial sizes of the rotating disc and the fixed disc are greatly reduced, and a diameter can be reduced to less than 200 mm. In addition, the vertical latch locking mechanism for a rotating seat does not extend beyond the rotating disc and can be hidden at a lower end of a cushion. The lock pin moves in an inner cavity of the rotating disc and does not scratch the outside, providing a good appearance.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a rotation device for a vehicle seat. The device includes a fixed disc, a lower ball assembly, a movable disc, an upper ball assembly, and a platen successively arranged from bottom to top. A first lower circular track is formed on the fixed disc. A first upper circular track and a second lower circular track are formed on the movable disc. A second upper circular track is formed on the platen. A diameter of a first arcuate envelope line of the first lower circular track that is in contact with a lower ball and a diameter of a second arcuate envelope line of the first upper circular track that is in contact with the lower ball are both equal to a diameter of the lower ball, and a height of the first arcuate envelope line and a height of the second arcuate envelope line are 0.8 times the diameter of the lower ball. A diameter of a third arcuate envelope line of the second lower circular track that is in contact with an upper ball and a diameter of a fourth arcuate envelope line of the second upper circular track that is in contact with the upper ball are both equal to a diameter of the upper ball, and a height of the third arcuate envelope line and a height of the fourth arcuate envelope line are both 0.8 times the diameter of the upper ball. By means of the present invention, a smooth rotary operating force can be achieved, and a service life of the rotation device can be properly prolonged.

Abstract

An electric rotation device for an automobile seat disclosed in the present invention includes a rotary support, a rotary disc, a fixed disc, a platen, an upper ball assembly, a lower ball assembly, a driving motor assembly, and a semicircular rack. A center of the semicircular rack coincides with a center of rotation of the rotary support. The semicircular rack is meshed with the driving gear. The driving gear in the driving motor assembly is configured to drive, by using the semicircular rack, the rotary support to perform reciprocating rotation in a range of 0-180°. A special-shaped tooth configured to prevent the driving gear from rotating out of the semicircular rack is disposed at each of extreme positions on two ends of teeth in the semicircular rack, so that the driving gear is gradually snapped with the special-shaped teeth to stop further rotation when rotating to the extreme positions on the two ends of the semicircular rack. The present invention has advantages such as an increased strength, reduced costs, and elimination of a gap between extreme positions. In addition, a wire harness of a seat is prevented from being broken as a result of unlimited rotation.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a seat rotation locking mechanism, including a locking mechanism mounted on a rotating disc in a seat rotation mechanism and at least one lockhole disposed on an outer circumference of a fixed disc in the seat rotation mechanism, where the locking mechanism includes: a lock support fixed on the rotating disc; and at least two lock pins horizontally and moveably configured in the lock support, where a first end of the lock pin is of a truncated-cone-shaped structure; and the first end of the lock pin is inserted into the lockhole, to implement zero-clearance locking by using wedging between the truncated-cone-shaped structure of the first end of the lock pin and the lockhole. The present invention eliminates a fit clearance existing after a rotation mechanism is locked, improves a grade of a product, and improves user experience. In an adjustment process, even if an operator releases an adjustment lever, a locking piece and a fixed disc do not generate scraping noise, and service life of the product is prolonged since wearing is eliminated.

Abstract

A turnover mechanism is disclosed. The turnover mechanism includes a bracket assembly, a rotatable cam, a cam resetting component, a locking pawl piece, a rotating shaft, and a rotating shaft resetting torsion spring. The cam is axially disposed on the bracket assembly. The cam resetting component is connected to the cam and the bracket assembly. The locking pawl piece is axially disposed on the bracket assembly. The cam drives the locking pawl piece to move between a locked state and an unlocked state through forward and reverse movements. The rotating shaft is axially disposed on the bracket assembly and is provided with a locking tooth plate. When the locking pawl piece is in the locked state, a locking pawl in the locking pawl piece and a locking groove on the locking tooth plate are locked and engaged, and the rotating shaft and the bracket assembly are restricted from relative rotation by the locking tooth plate. When the locking pawl piece is at an unlocked position, the locking pawl in the locking pawl piece and the locking groove on the locking tooth plate are unlocked and disengaged, and the rotating shaft and the bracket assembly are rotatable relatively. The rotating shaft resetting torsion spring is connected to the locking tooth plate and the bracket assembly. The rotating shaft resetting torsion spring drives the locking tooth plate and the rotating shaft to rotate relative to the bracket assembly.

Abstract

A cup holder with an adjustable depth includes: a cup-holder base, having at least one accommodation hole; a fixed cup holder, fixed in the accommodation hole of the cup-holder base; and a moveable cup holder, moveably sleeved over the fixed cup holder and capable of rotating around the fixed cup holder to ascend and descend, where during ascending and descending of the moveable cup holder, an inner cavity of the moveable cup holder and an inner cavity of the fixed cup holder jointly define a container placement hole for placement of containers of different heights. The present invention solves the problem that containers of different heights placed in the cup holder easily fall out when the automobile is accelerating, hard braking or travelling over uneven road surfaces. In addition, after the moveable cup holder descends to the lowest position, the moveable cup holder can completely overlap the fixed cup holder, so that the entire cup holder has a small height and is therefore suitable for installation in a thin interior trim part of the automobile, for example, in the armrest at the rear seat, thereby saving interior trim space in the automobile.
