Abstract
The present invention relates to an automatic trap (10), in particular for rodents, including a housing (100) which comprises at least one entrance (122) and walls (180), the entrance (122) allowing an animal to enter the housing, at least one exit (160) being formed on one of the walls (180). The automatic trap further includes: - ejection means (140) suitable for directing an animal towards the exit (160), and - presence detection means (110) coupled with the ejection means (140) and able to detect the presence of an animal inside the housing (100); wherein, when the presence detection means (110) detect the presence of an animal, the ejection means (140) are actuated so that the animal is directed towards the exit (160).

Abstract
