Abstract

[Problem] To provide a leather-soled sandal-type shoe whereby health can be promoted by enabling walking in a state in which a cushioning rod-shaped member is interposed between toes, thereby maintaining a state in which the toes are spread apart. [Solution] Provided is a leather-soled sandal-type shoe comprising a sole part in which an outsole and an insole having substantially the same shape as the outsole are layered and fixed, and an upper that is fixedly provided on the sole part and covers a foot, the leather-soled sandal-type shoe being configured such that a vertically elongated toe separating member is implanted in a position on the toe-end side in a position corresponding to a crotch between the big toe and the second toe, and the toe separating member is provided so as to penetrate in the vertical direction through an insole through-hole formed in the insole and an upper through-hole formed in the upper.

Abstract

The present invention provides a sandal-type shoe that makes it possible to walk while sandwiching between the toes a rod-like member having cushioning properties, and therefore makes it possible to ensure a state in which the toes are spread and to promote health. Provided is a sandal-type shoe comprising a shoe sole part in which an outsole and an insole of substantially the same shape as the outsole are stacked and fixed, and an upper which is provided on and fixed to the shoe sole part and which envelops the foot, said sandal-type shoe being provided with a vertically elongate toe separation member that is embedded at a position which is on the toe side and which corresponds to the area between the hallux and the second toe, wherein: the toe separation member comprises a strap-like member that, in the vertical direction, passes through an insole through hole which passes through the insole and an upper through hole which passes through the upper; the lower end of the toe separation member is provided in a fixed manner to a bottom part, which is the bottom surface of the insole; and the upper end of the toe separation member extends toward the outside of the upper and has formed at the end thereof a loop which is for passing a shoelace therethrough.
