Disclosed is an easily adjustable glue-applying device for a flexible printing machine. The glue-applying device comprises a workbench, wherein two sets of supporting plates are symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the workbench, a mounting base is arranged at the edge of the bottom end of the supporting plate on the left side, a glue box is arranged at the upper end of the mounting base, a suction pump is arranged above the glue box and located in the middle of the supporting plate, a guide pipe is arranged at the bottom end of the suction pump, and the suction pump is in communication with the glue box by means of the guide pipe.
