Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention is a novel tramcar frog, comprising a frog body, a sliding block, and four grooved steel rails respectively fixed to four ends of the frog body by welding. Abstract
The present invention relates to a regular polyhedron apparatus for laser scanning identification, and a construction method for same. The apparatus comprises: an apparatus body in the shape of a regular polyhedron, the apparatus body having a plurality of mounting surfaces which are in the shape of a regular polygon; magnets mounted on mounting surfaces of the apparatus body; and light return sheets mounted on the mounting surfaces of the apparatus body. According to the regular polyhedron apparatus, the magnets and the light return sheets are arranged on the mounting surfaces, so that the magnet on one mounting surface can be attracted on the metal surface to be scanned and identified, and after the regular polyhedron apparatus is attracted and fixed, the light return sheet located on the mounting surface on the outer side of the regular polyhedron apparatus can be used as a marking point for laser scanning identification. Compared with an existing method where light return sheets need to be manually pasted and removed one by one, the multiple regular polyhedron apparatuses can be attracted to the metal surface to be scanned and identified at a time by means of the magnets, and the arrangement and removal efficiency of marking points can be greatly improved, thereby improving the laser scanning identification efficiency.

Abstract
Disclosed is a hole fabricating method for an oversized rod member. The method comprises assembling and welding according to design requirements to obtain a box-shaped rod member, the box-shaped rod member comprising a rod member upper cover plate, a first rod member side web plate, a second rod member side web plate, a lower cover plate, a first gusset plate, and a second gusset plate; and drilling a hole group positioning hole of the first rod member side web plate and a hole group positioning hole of the first gusset plate. The hole fabricating method for an oversized rod member provided by the present application changes the working idea that an oversized rod member can only use a rod member three-dimensional scribing sampling drilling method and can solve the problem of an oversized rod member not being able to pass through a numerically controlled machine tool. By means of using a jig for hole fabricating, the difficulty of the three-dimensional scribing sampling drilling method and the limitation of the technical level of an operator, which cause the concentricity of a hole group of the rod member to be out of tolerance, are avoided. The relative precision of the hole group of the rod member is ensured. Furthermore, the efficiency of fabricating holes in a rod member can be increased, and manufacturing costs and working periods are saved.

A tramcar turnout switch structure, mainly composed of a manganese steel base (1), and a straight stock rail (2) and a curved switch rail (3) fixed inside the manganese steel base (1). The manganese steel base (1) comprises a first connecting section (101) located at the head, a second connecting section (102) located at the tail, and a base section (103) located between the first connecting section (101) and the second connecting section (102). The base (1) is integrally cast with high manganese steel, and has a short production cycle, a small processing amount, and a great advantage in the production cost. Since the base (1) is integrally cast, after the straight stock rail (2) and the curved switch rail (3) are assembled, the overall stability of the structure is good, and the assembly precision is higher. The straight stock rail (2) and the curved switch rail (3) can be made of alloy steel plates, and the hardness thereof is generally 380 HBW or more, which can well meet the requirements of a user for wear resistance, and reduce the maintenance workload.

Abstract
A steel bridge automated coating apparatus and a film coating method thereof. The steel bridge automated coating apparatus comprises a planar movement mechanism and a spray-coating component arranged thereon. The spray-coating component comprises two spray head assemblies (3, 6), a quick air-drying mechanism (4) and a paintwork dent detection mechanism (5) that are disposed between the two spray head assemblies (3, 6), and two telescopic pushing mechanisms (12) that respectively drive the two spray head assemblies (3, 6) to move linearly. During spray coating of a primer, the two spray head assemblies (3, 6) operate cooperatively, and the telescopic pushing mechanisms (12) drive the spray head assemblies (3, 6) to move within a travel range. During movement, the spray head assemblies (3, 6) spray-coat a steel member area covered thereby, wherein the front spray head assembly (3, 6) in the movement direction of the planar movement mechanism performs primary spray-coating, and the rear spray head assembly (3, 6) performs compensatory spray-coating on an area where a detected dent is located. By means of the apparatus, a primary spray-coating result is inspected in real time, and secondary spray-coating for compensation is performed on a dent portion in a timely manner, such that the surface of a primer is uniform, and therefore, the thickness and surface flatness of a finishing coat are within an ideal range.
