Abstract

A heat-resistant electromagnetic heating plate, comprising a heat-resistant electromagnetic coil core plate (10), and heating plates (21) and filter cake frames (31) sequentially covered on two sides of said core plate in a mirror manner by taking said core plate as a center, wherein filter chambers (32) are formed by inner side surfaces (34) of the filter cake frames and the surfaces of the heating plates (21) away from the heat-resistant electromagnetic coil core plate (10). The heat-resistant electromagnetic coil core plate (10) is an integrated whole body formed by heating and curing a high-temperature-resistant composite material containing an electromagnetic coil (11) in the middle, and the heating plates (21) comprising liquid outlet holes (23) are directly covered above a groove (15).

Abstract

A filter cloth deslagging self-cleaning mechanism of a filter press: a vertically downward guide rod (31) being provided in the middle of a top rod (28) perpendicular to a hinged surface of adjacent curved rods (26), and a hanging hammer (32) being provided at the lower end of the guide rod (31); two ends of a filter cloth (41) are fixed at the bottom ends of adjacent filter plates (10), respectively; when the filter plates (10) move apart relative to each other, the filter cloth (41) may be pulled and cleaned up by a support rod; under the pulling of the external force, the filter plates (10) of a filter press array are opened relative to each other, the adjacent curved rods (26) are also gradually opened from the vertical direction, and the included angle of the vertical sides becomes larger; and a rapping rod (51) is also provided on the filter cloth (41).

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of filter press devices, and relates to a filter cloth hanging-hammer striking liquid-spraying self-cleaning mechanism of a filter press. A vertically downward guide rod is provided at the middle of a top rod perpendicular to a hinged face of adjacent bent rods, and a hanging-hammer is provided at the lower end of the guide rod; filter cloth supporting rods having a direction consistent with that of the top rod are provided on the inner sides of the bent rods, and can rotate with respect to each other. The guide rod and the hanging-hammer are separated; a guide rod raised head is provided at the lower end of the guide rod, a through hole is formed in the center of the hanging-hammer, and a limiting groove is further formed and connected to the through hole; the upper end of the guide rod passes through the through hole in the hanging-hammer, and the raised head at the lower end of the guide rod matches the limiting groove, so as to prevent the hanging-hammer from escaping from the guide rod; the hanging-hammer can slide up and down on the guide rod, so that the purpose of separating the filter cloth and a filter cake is achieved; after the filter cake is separated, a curved rod or supporting rods sprays a liquid aiming at the filter cloth to clean the filter cloth.
