Abstract
The present invention relates to a system for managing a safe operation of a ship by using augmented reality. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system may comprise: a monitor for outputting an image; a camera for transmitting an external image of a ship; an object recognition unit for recognizing an object by analyzing external image information received through the camera; an object analysis unit for extracting object data by analyzing the recognized object; an object database in which data on the object is stored; a matching unit for performing adjustment so that the object data and external topographic information match to the external image information, wherein the external topographic information is based on a position of the ship in an external topographic database relating to external topography; and an output unit for outputting the object data and the external topographic information which have been adjusted through the matching unit.

Abstract
The present invention provides an augmented reality-based ship safety navigation management system using an omnidirectional camera or multiple cameras. Specifically, the system comprises: a camera which captures external images of a ship in all directions, thereby generating external image data; a plurality of monitors including a main monitor installed in the bow direction of the ship and a plurality of auxiliary monitors connected in contact with the main monitor; an information reception unit for receiving maritime information including external topographic information, maritime weather information, and GPS and AIS information of other ships on the basis of the position of the ship; an object recognition unit for recognizing a maritime object by analyzing the external image data; a matching unit for adjusting the external image data to match maritime information about the recognized maritime object; an output unit for outputting, through the monitor, the information of the external image data adjusted through the matching unit and the external image data; an event detection unit which analyzes the distance to the maritime object, movement route information, and ship navigation information to predict events that occur at preset time intervals; and an alarm unit which notifies a user of danger when the events occur.
