Abstract
A piston (60) for a pretensioning seat belt. The piston comprises: a piston seat (61), which comprises a front surface and a first recess (613) recessed from the front surface; and a piston head (62), which is assembled on the front side of the piston seat (61) and comprises an abutting face (622) abutting against the front surface, wherein a second recess (621) is arranged in the front side of the piston head. The piston (60) is provided with a pressure control mechanism, wherein the pressure control mechanism is configured to: block, when the gas pressure of the rear side of the piston seat (61) is less than a preset value, an airflow from flowing forwards; and form an airflow channel when the gas pressure of the rear side of the piston seat (61) is greater than or equal to the preset value, the airflow channel being suitable for deflecting the airflow and allowing the airflow to flow towards the front of the piston (60). The piston can realize pressure relief under abnormal working conditions while having good sealing characteristics, and has a simple structure, is convenient to manufacture and involves relatively low costs. A seat belt retractor and a pretensioning seat belt are further comprised.

Abstract

The male connector in the present invention can move vertically along with the headrest rod without disassembling a seat backrest, so as to be pulled out and inserted into the headrest rod sleeve assembly again; thus, the male connector is not prone to being damaged. In addition, the male connector and the female connector in the present invention can be automatically locked and unlocked.

According to the thermoplastic fiber mesh structure, the thermoplastic elastomer material is molten and extruded to form a three-dimensional mesh structure, the support structure is formed, and the thermoplastic fiber mesh structure has the characteristics of high resilience and recyclability, such that the automotive interior trim part gives consideration to environmental protection, air permeability and light weight while ensuring the support performance and the comfort. The thermoplastic material is subjected to a physical reaction, instead of a chemical reaction, in the melting and extrusion process, such that the stability is better in the preparation process, and the product is more uniform and controllable. Provided is a control assembly (3) for a seat belt retractor, the control assembly comprising a first electric motor (31), a second electric motor (32), a control module (33), a third electric motor (34) and a retractor (35), wherein the control module (33) is separately connected to the first electric motor (31), the second electric motor (32) and the third electric motor (34), and collects rotation signals of the first electric motor (31) and the second electric motor (32) and outputs a compensation signal to the third electric motor (34); the rotation of the first electric motor (31) and the rotation of the second electric motor (32) are both related to the angle of the retractor (35); and the third electric motor (34) is connected to the retractor (35) and directly compensates the angle of the retractor (35). Further provided is a vehicle seat comprising the control assembly (3). The control module (33) collects the signals of the first electric motor (31) and the second electric motor (32) and outputs the compensation signal in real time and transmits same to the third electric motor (34), and then the third electric motor (34) adjusts the retractor (35) accordingly, so that a seat belt can be normally used during the full adjustment process of the vehicle seat.
