Abstract

The present invention provides a method for constructing a concrete floor that can achieve a high level accuracy, cracking reduction, and durability.　This method for constructing a concrete floor includes: a first step S1 for placing concrete on a floor of a construction site; a second step S2 for leveling concrete floor 10 by a laser screed machine 30; a third step S3 for confirming the level of the concrete floor 10 leveled by the laser screed machine 30; and a fourth step S4 for performing re-vibration compaction when a predetermined time has passed after confirming the level of the concrete floor 10, the re-vibration compaction being performed on the basis of a bleeding measurement result by a bleeding measurement device.

Abstract

Provided is a concrete-leveling re-vibration device that prevents cracking and improves the durability of concrete, while achieving a labor-saving and/or unattended operation.　A concrete-leveling re-vibration device comprising: a vibrator serving as a vibration generation source; a re-vibration motor that vibrates the vibrator to generate longitudinal vibrations; a blade having a uniform propagation control beam that propagates the longitudinal vibrations generated by the re-vibration motor into fresh concrete and is capable of controlling propagation of vibrator vibrations; a power receiving means which, when used by being coupled to a conveyance device, is installed inside the conveyance device to receive a motor control signal and battery power; a coupling fitting means that damps vibrations from the vibrator, and absorbs inclination of the conveyance device; and an attachment means that removably connects a motor control signal and a battery to the device body when the re-vibration device is used alone, the attachment means being provided on a handle operation device joined by the coupling means.

Abstract

Provided is a conveyance device for concrete leveling which is capable of conveying a revibration device or the like for concrete leveling which improves the automation thereof and saves labor while improving the durability of the concrete by minimizing the cracking thereof.　A conveyance device for concrete leveling which has a connection means which connects to a conveyance target device which is towed and conveyed when leveling concrete, said conveyance device being configured: so as to have a chassis and two wheels which have a tooth-shaped outer circumference, are capable of traveling through wet concrete and are attached to the axle on both sides of the chassis, and also have a universal caster attached to the floor surface of the chassis; and in a manner such that the chassis interior is equipped with two motors for independently driving the two wheels, a battery for driving the two motors, and a supply means for supplying a control signal and battery power to the conveyance target device when connected to the conveyance target device.
