Abstract

A dispensing device (17) for dispensing a liquid product from a container comprising a first chamber (4) and a second chamber (5). An inlet passage (2) establishes a fluid connection between the first chamber (4) and an interior part of a container having the dispensing device (17) mounted thereon. An outlet passage (6) adapted to deliver liquid product is fluidly connected to the second chamber (5). An intermediate wall (3) divides an interior part of the dispensing device (17) into the first chamber (4) and the second chamber (5) and is arranged in such a manner that an intermediate passage between the first chamber (4) and the second chamber (5) is defined at one edge (7). The intermediate wall (3) is provided with a recess (13) formed in a surface facing the second chamber (5), in such a manner that an end part of the recess (13) is arranged at the edge (7) of the intermediate wall (3). Thereby air is allowed to enter the dispensing device (17), via the recess (13), during dispensing.

Abstract

A dispensing device (17) for dispensing powdered or granular product from a container comprising a first chamber (4) and a second chamber (5). An inlet passage (2) establishes communication between the first chamber (4) and an interior part of a container having the dispensing device (17) mounted thereon. An outlet passage (6) adapted to deliver powdered or granular product establishes communication from the second chamber (5). An intermediate wall (3) divides an interior part of the dispensing device (17) into the first chamber (4) and the second chamber (5) and is arranged in such a manner that an intermediate passage between the first chamber (4) and the second chamber (5) is defined at one edge (7) for allowing powdered or granular product to pass. The intermediate wall (3) further defines a second passage (10, 11) between the first chamber (4) and the second chamber (5). The second passage (10, 11) allows air to pass from the second chamber (5) to the first chamber (4) during dispensing of powdered or granular product.

Abstract

A dosing container (100) with two closing channels (112,112') being defined by the container sidewall (104), a first dividing wall (114,114') and a second dividing wall (116,116") where the fir wall extends from the top (108) of the container and the second wall extends from the bottom (106) of the container. The two dosing channels doses different amounts of contents because the lengths of the first dividing walls (114,114") are different and because the lengths of the second dividing walls (116,116') are different. As the container is tilted a metered amount of contents is dosed. An other dosing container has only one dosing channel (112) being defined by the container sidewall (104), a first dividing wall (114,126) and a second dividing wall (116) where the first wal extends from the top (108) of the container and the second wall extends from the bottom (106) of the container. The first dividing wall is vertically moveable so as to vary the amount of dosed contents.

Abstract

A dispensing device (1) for dispensing a liquid product from a container is disclosed. The dispensing device (1) comprises a first chamber (12) and a second chamber (13), an inlet passage (4) establishing a fluid connection between the first chamber (12) and an interior part of a container having the dispensing device (1) mounted thereon, and an outlet passage (8) adapted to deliver liquid product being dispensed by means of the dispensing device (1), via the second chamber (13). An intermediate wall (11) divides an interior part of the dispensing device (1) into the first chamber (12) and the second chamber (13), the intermediate wall (11) being curved or inclined in such a manner that an intermediate passage (14) between the first chamber (12) and the second chamber (13) is defined at the position of an edge (15) of the intermediate wall (11), and in such a manner that the edge (15) protrudes in a direction towards the first chamber (12).

Abstract

A container (15) comprising a dosing arrangement and comprising a bottom wall (16), a top wall, a front wall (5), a first delimiting wall (17) and a second delimiting wall (18). The first delimiting wall (17) is arranged in an interior part of the container (15), and extends from the top wall to a first level (20) arranged at a first distance from the bottom wall (16). The second delimiting wall (18) is also arranged in an interior part of the container (15), and extends from the bottom wall (16) to a second level arranged between the bottom wall (16) and the first level (20). The first delimiting wall (17) is arranged between the front wall (5) and the second delimiting wall (18). Due to the presence of the second delimiting wall (18) a precise dosing of granular material from the container (15) is obtained. The low height of the second delimiting wall (18) ensures that the available storage volume in the interior of the container (15) is maximised. Finally, the delimiting walls (17, 18) can be folded from a single flange (10), thereby minimising material consumption. A blank (1) adapted to be folded into the container (15) and a method of raising the container (15) from the blank (1) are also disclosed.
