Abstract

A method for preparing 2-amino-4-methylthio-butanoic acid or 2-hydroxy-4-methylthio-butanoic acid by using 2,3-tetrahydrofurandione. The method mainly comprises the following steps: subjecting lactic acid and formaldehyde to enzymatic catalysis to synthesize an intermediate 2,3-tetrahydrofurandione, then using a chemical method to synthesize α-keto-γ-methylthiobutanoic acid or a salt thereof, and then carrying out an enzyme-catalyzed reaction to respectively synthesize 2-amino-4-methylthio-butanoic acid or 2-hydroxy-4-methylthio-butanoic acid.

Abstract

Disclosed is an aqueous polyurethane dispersion. Raw materials for preparing the aqueous polyurethane dispersion comprise a combination of a prepolymer, a chain extender, and an external emulsifier. Raw materials for preparing the prepolymer comprise, in parts by weight, 7-15 parts of isocyanate, 25-43 parts of a polyol, and 0.2-2 parts of a reactive internal emulsifier, wherein the isocyanate comprises 1,5-pentamethylene diisocyanate, and the mass percentage of the 1,5-pentamethylene diisocyanate in the isocyanate is greater than or equal to 30%. The aqueous polyurethane dispersion has the viscosity less than 800 (23°C, mPa.s), the light transmittance greater than 89%, and the water absorption less than 4%.

Abstract

The present application provides a method for purifying an amine salt (e.g., pentanediamine carbonate). According to the method, the amine salt (e.g., pentanediamine carbonate) is heated, flash-evaporated, and sublimed to obtain a purified gaseous amine salt (e.g., pentanediamine carbonate) which is directly used for further preparation of isocyanate (e.g., pentamethylenediisocyanate), and there is no need to use an alkaline substance to treat the amine salt to form a free-state amine for further preparation of isocyanate (e.g., pentamethylenediisocyanate). The present application further provides a method for preparing isocyanate (e.g., pentamethylenediisocyanate) from an amine salt (e.g., a pentanediamine salt) and phosgene. The present application further provides a device for implementing the method of the present application.

A polyurethane prepolymer composition and a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The polyurethane prepolymer composition is aliphatic isocyanate end-capped, and is obtained by reacting aliphatic isocyanate with polyol; the mass percentage content of 1,5-pentamethylene diisocyanate in the aliphatic isocyanate is greater than or equal to 50%; the polyurethane prepolymer composition comprises a combination of a first prepolymer and a second prepolymer, the first prepolymer is an adduct formed by aliphatic isocyanate and polyol according to a molar ratio of 2:1, and the second prepolymer is an adduct formed by aliphatic isocyanate and polyol according to a molar ratio of (n+1):n, wherein n≥2; the mass percentage content of the second prepolymer in the polyurethane prepolymer composition is 15-75%. The polyurethane prepolymer composition has the advantages of large molecular weight, low viscosity and excellent constructability, and the physical properties of a polyurethane product prepared by means of the polyurethane prepolymer composition is remarkably improved.

Abstract

The present application provides a method for preparing L-glufosinate. The method mainly comprises the following steps: addition and rearrangement and ring-opening reactions on a ring lactone with a substituted phosphate-type phosphine reagent, and then obtaining L-glufosinate upon post-treatment. In the present application, L-glufosinate is prepared by using a method of reacting a ring lactone compound with a substituted phosphate-type compound, and a leaving group reagent is not used in the method. The method has the advantages such as short steps, high yield, and some routes not needing to be split apart since a raw material is a chiral compound.

Abstract

The present application provides a modified bio-based waterborne polyurethane, a method for preparing same, and use thereof. The modified bio-based waterborne polyurethane is prepared from the following starting materials: 50-150 parts by weight of a bio-based polyol, 5-30 parts by weight of a diisocyanate, 0.1-10 parts by weight of a reactive emulsifier, 20-200 parts by weight of an alkenyl-containing monomer, and 0.01-5 parts by weight of an initiator, wherein the diisocyanate includes aliphatic diisocyanates containing an odd number of carbon atoms. According to the present application, by means of the design and compounding of the starting materials, the modified bio-based waterborne polyurethane is made to have an adjustable thermal activation temperature, high film-forming strength, good weather resistance, complete resistance to yellowing, good adhesion to different substrates, excellent bonding performance, heat resistance, water resistance, hydrolysis resistance, stability, and high bio-base content. The modified bio-based waterborne polyurethane is prepared using a solvent-free method and is an environmentally friendly high-performance waterborne polyurethane product.
