Abstract

The invention relates to an aquatic device (1) for practising sports and/or recreational activities, comprising a floating hull (2), which has a bow end (6) and a stern end (5). The floating hull (2) provides positive buoyancy comprised between 20% and 80% of the weight of the user of the aquatic device (1), wherein the underwater body of the hull (2) has a hydrodynamic configuration and is provided with a centreboard (3), wherein the deck comprises a depression (4) with greater depth in the vicinity of the stern (5) than in the vicinity of the bow (6) and an ergonomic configuration for supporting the human chin and torso on the surface of the depression (4), and wherein the bow (6) is an inverted bow (6).
