Abstract

The invention relates to a mollusc farming device comprising: - mollusc containers (14) oriented in a transverse direction, - first and second longitudinal ballasts (16, 18) positioned below the containers (14) and oriented in a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the transverse direction and configured such that they each occupy a submerged position and a floating position, the first longitudinal ballast (16) being positioned at the first ends (14.1) of the containers (14), the second longitudinal ballast (18) being positioned at the second ends (14.2) of the containers (14), - a longitudinal float (20) oriented in the longitudinal direction and positioned above the containers (14), - and a control system configured to control the submerged or floating position of the first and second longitudinal ballasts (16, 18) independently of each other.
