Abstract

The present invention provides a method for uniformly and efficiently manufacturing a composite of a hydrotalcite compound and an amino acid with the resulting composite having a high aspect ratio. The present disclosure is a method for manufacturing a composite of a hydrotalcite compound and an amino acid. The composite has an aspect ratio of 85 or higher. The manufacturing method includes a solution adjustment step and a heating step. The solution adjustment step is a step of preparing a slurry solution. The slurry solution is obtained by mixing an aqueous solution of the amino acid and a complex metal oxide. The complex metal oxide is obtained by firing a precursor hydrotalcite compound. The heating step is a step of heating the slurry solution. In the solution preparation step, the slurry concentration is less than 30 g/L. The slurry concentration is the concentration of the slurry solution.

Abstract

The invention provides a method of producing an annealing separator, an annealing separator and a grain-oriented magnetic steel. An annealing separator obtained by the method has high purity and excellent dispersibility and bonding strength, thus allowing formation of a uniform, dense forsterite layer on the surface of a grain-oriented magnetic steel. The method of producing an annealing separator comprises the following steps: step (1) in which magnesium oxide and an ammonium salt solution are mixed and reacted to prepare a magnesium salt solution and ammonia, and then the purified magnesium salt solution and the ammonia are reacted to obtain magnesium hydroxide, step (2) in which one portion of the obtained magnesium hydroxide is subjected to high temperature ageing at 155 to 230° C. while another portion of the obtained magnesium hydroxide is subjected to low temperature ageing at 10 to 100° C., and step (3) in which the magnesium hydroxides aged under the different conditions are mixed and burned to obtain magnesium oxide for use as an annealing separator.

Abstract

The present invention provides a novel production method which is for amino acid-containing hydrotalcite and by which the amount of an alkaline solution used can be reduced, and amino acid-containing hydrotalcite having stable quality can be obtained even when a reused amino acid aqueous solution is used as a raw material. The present disclosure is a production method for amino acid-containing hydrotalcite. The production method comprises step (A), a solution preparation step, and a generation step. Step (A) is a step for separating a slurry containing first amino acid-containing hydrotalcite and a dissolved amino acid into first amino acid-containing hydrotalcite and a dissolved amino acid-containing solution. The solution preparation step is a step for preparing a slurry solution by mixing a composite metal oxide with an amino acid aqueous solution derived from the dissolved amino acid-containing solution separated from the slurry after step (A). The generation step is a step for generating second amino acid-containing hydrotalcite by heating the slurry solution.

Abstract

Provided is an improved glucose-containing peritoneal dialysate, an ophthalmic composition, or an infusion that can suppress a blood glucose level increase even when used in a long-term treatment and can also suppress an infectious disease, by only addition. A D-glucose-containing osmotic pressure regulator includes D-allose and/or D-allulose as an additive for suppressing a blood glucose level increase by continuous absorption of glucose into the body and for suppressing an infectious disease. The osmotic pressure regulator is used as a mixture with a peritoneal dialysate, an ophthalmic composition, or an infusion. A peritoneal dialysis method for suppressing a blood glucose level increase by continuous absorption of glucose into the body through peritoneal dialysis and for suppressing an infectious disease uses a dialysate containing D-allose and/or D-allulose in an effective amount.

Abstract

[Problem] To provide an improved glucose-containing peritoneal dialysate, ophthalmic composition, or infusion that is not only capable of, as a result of simply being blended, suppressing an increase in the blood glucose level even when used in a long-term treatment but also capable of suppressing infectious diseases. [Configuration] The present invention provides a D-glucose-containing osmotic pressure regulator that is characterized in that D-allose and/or D-allulose is blended as an additive for suppressing an increase in the blood glucose level as a result of glucose being continuously absorbed into a body and for suppressing infectious diseases. Said osmotic pressure regulator is used by being blended in a peritoneal dialysate, an ophthalmic composition, or an infusion. The present invention also provides a peritoneal dialysis method that is characterized by employing a dialysate containing an effective quantity of D-allose and/or D-allulose, that suppresses an increase in the blood glucose level as a result of glucose being continuously absorbed into the body by means of the peritoneal dialysis, and that suppresses infectious diseases.
