Abstract

A preparation method for water-soluble potassium polymetaphosphate, which relates to the technical field of potassium polymetaphosphate production and preparation. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate is mixed with a divalent cationic metal oxide at a mixing mass ratio of 70-90:5-18 to obtain a mixture, wherein the divalent cationic metal oxide is one or more of calcium oxide, magnesium oxide and zinc oxide during food processing; then the mixture is heated and melted, and the temperature is kept at 600-700°C for 1-3 h; and once maintaining the temperature has ended, the melted mixture is cooled naturally to obtain a product. The prepared water-soluble potassium polymetaphosphate has high water solubility and effectively solves the application defect of a traditional potassium polymetaphosphate product being insoluble in water. The preparation method provides a broad application space for the field of food processing and other industrial fields.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a preparation method for water-soluble potassium polymetaphosphate, and relates to the technical field of potassium polymetaphosphate production and preparation. The preparation method for the slow-dissolving compound fertilizer containing potassium polyphosphate comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a potassium source solution and phosphoric acid, and obtaining a neutralization solution; heating the neutralization solution to dehydrate and polymerize same, and obtaining a molten glass body; quenching, cooling again, crushing, and sieving the glass body, then obtaining solid slow-dissolving compound fertilizer containing potassium polyphosphate. The potassium source comprises potassium carbonate and/or potassium hydroxide; the mass ratio of phosphoric acid to potassium carbonate is 7-9:6-8; the mass ratio of phosphoric acid to potassium hydroxide is 7-9:5-7; and the mass fraction of phosphoric acid is 80%-90%. By using specific raw materials, controlling specific material ratios, performing heating, dehydrating, and polymerizing at a specific temperature, and then quenching, forming into flakes, cooling, and crushing, a slow-dissolving compound fertilizer containing potassium polyphosphate, in which the specific components of phosphorus and potassium each account for 50% and which has excellent performance, is obtained.
