Disclosed are a burner, a burner assembly and a range. The burner comprises a lower plate, and an upper plate and a partition plate which are arranged on the lower plate. Lower channels are formed in the lower plate, and upper channels are formed in the upper plate. The partition plate is disposed between the lower plate and the upper plate, and separates the lower channels from the upper channels. The burner provided in an embodiment of the present application employs the partition plate to separate the lower channels and the upper channels, which is equivalent to turning each lower channel and the corresponding upper channel into two independent sub-burner ports, such that the cross-sectional area of each sub-burner port is reduced, i.e., the depth of a sub-burner port is relatively deep. In this way, the phenomenon of noise generated when flames enter a gas channel via sub-burner ports and burn at the moment when a gas valve is closed can be avoided. In addition, the equivalent cross-sectional area formed by the lower channel and the upper channel remains unchanged, which can guarantee that the burner produces large flames.
