Abstract

The invention relates to a storage heating device (D), characterised in that it comprises an enclosure (E) accommodating: - an enclosed wood stove (200) provided with a post-combustion functionality; - a drivable means for regulating the flow of the gases resulting from the combustion; - a first heat exchanger (400) which is preformed for the gases to pass through and which transmits the heat to a liquid material; - a means for depolluting the gases, referred to a plenum chamber (600), the lower portion of which is formed by the surface of the liquid heat-storage material of the exchanger, such that the transition of the liquid into the gas state contributes to cleaning the gases, the enclosure (E) being provided with walls and being dimensioned such that a space is maintained between the walls and the stove and the first heat exchanger so that there is a gap for air to be circulated.
