Abstract

In order to provide a transport robot 20 that can carry a package deposited in a home delivery box to a destination and place the package there, the transport robot 20 comprises: a travel unit that travels between the home delivery box and the destination of the package stored in the home delivery box; a loading unit for loading the package; and a drive unit that moves the loading unit to a first position to hold the package while the travel unit is traveling, a second position to receive the package from the home delivery box, and a third position to unload the package at the destination.

Abstract

This home delivery box comprises: a casing (100) having a plurality of movable shelves (14) that move in a first direction and that have accommodation spaces for accommodating packages, a first opening in which the plurality of movable shelves (14) are accommodated and which is formed at a position that enables the packages to be delivered and retrieved by a transport robot, a first passage (108) extending in the first direction, and a second passage (107) extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, the second passage being formed between the plurality of movable shelves (14) and allowing at least one of the plurality of movable shelves (14) to communicate with the exterior via the first opening by moving; and a transport platform (15) that moves in the first and second directions through the first passage (108) and the second passage (107), the transport platform (15) transporting the accommodated packages to the first opening.
