The present invention relates to an air film formation discharge device and a spray gun including same and, more specifically, to: an air film formation discharge device for maximizing painting efficiency by causing a vortex to dry sprayed paint, wherein cleanliness is achieved by increasing roughness and preventing scattering of the paint sprayed from a spray gun; and a spray gun including same. The air film formation discharge device according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted to a head having a spray nozzle for spraying paint installed therein, and is characterized by comprising: a nozzle block extending from the head and having a nozzle hole formed therein; a side air nozzle having slits formed vertically on both sides of the nozzle block; an upper air nozzle having slits formed horizontally in an upper portion of the nozzle block; and a lower air nozzle having slits formed horizontally in a lower portion of the nozzle block. The air that is simultaneously sprayed from the side air nozzle, upper air nozzle, and lower air nozzle surrounds, in a rectangular shape, the paint sprayed from the head via the nozzle hole, thereby blocking scattering while generating a vortex to cause colliding between the paint and increase roughness.
