A manufacturing method of an ultra-thin seamless tube for a high-end equipment system, comprising steps such as multi-pass intermediate product cold rolling and intermediate product degreasing of a tube blank, fine rolling and molding, finished product degreasing, pure hydrogen protection solid solution treatment, low-stress straightening, surface fine polishing and shaping, follow-up clamping and stress relieving, finished product fixed cutting, and inner and outer surface cleaning. The ratio of the outer diameter to the wall thickness of the manufactured ultra-thin seamless tube is 80-150, the outer diameter range is 20-30 mm, the wall thickness range is 0.10-0.35 mm, the tolerance of the outer diameter and the wall thickness is ±0.01 mm, the straightness is smaller than or equal to 0.05 mm/overall length, and when being stretched at a high temperature of 750°C, the tensile strength is greater than or equal to 220 MPa, and the yield strength is greater than or equal to 100 MPa.

Abstract

A method for preparing a spiral heat exchange tube of a steam generator of a high temperature gas-cooled reactor, comprising steps of: perforation and annealing of a pierced billet; pickling and inspection of the pierced billet; multi-pass cold rolling and heat treatment of an intermediate tube; cold drawing and heat treatment of a finished product; straightening and inspection; formation of a spiral tube; stress relief heat treatment and inspection. The spiral heat exchange tube prepared by the method has a long length, high dimensional accuracy and surface quality and excellent mechanical properties, and can meet use requirements of the steam generator of the high temperature gas-cooled reactor.

Abstract

A method for sleeving a multi-layer spiral tube bundle having a profiled spatial bend. Firstly, an inner cylinder (10) is erected and leveled, so as to ensure the perpendicularity and levelness thereof, and each layer of the spiral tube bundle (7) is sequentially sleeved in the inner cylinder (10), from small to large in terms of spiral diameter, and is fixed. The specific steps are as follows: 1, the coiled spiral tubes (1, 2) having a profiled spatial bend are screwed in a single-layer manner; 2, multiple screwed single-layer spiral tube bundles (7) are loaded into a sleeving tooling, a supporting bar (8) is assembled, and the spiral diameter, the screw pitch and the phase angle of the spatial bend are adjusted and fixed, so as to ensure the size precision of the spiral tube bundles; 3, the spiral tube bundle with the smallest spiral diameter is hoisted and loaded into the inner cylinder (10), and the supporting bar (8) is fixed; and 4, the spiral tube bundles of the remaining layers are sleeved in sequence from small to large in terms of spiral diameter. The multi-layer spiral tube bundle sleeving method improves the sleeving efficiency of the multi-layer spiral tube bundle having a profiled space bend, and ensures the sleeving precision and quality of the multi-layer spiral tube bundles.
