The present application provides an asynchronous braking control method and system for a train. The asynchronous braking control method comprises the following steps: after a braking command is received, calculating initial braking force values of a locomotive and vehicles; determining road conditions of the locomotive and each vehicle; measuring the ramp angle at a rail position where the locomotive or each vehicle is located, and according to the ramp angle, calculating the dead weight component of the locomotive and of each vehicle in a braking direction; respectively calculating a target braking force of the locomotive and of each vehicle on the basis of brake cylinder pressures corresponding to the initial braking force values in combination with the dead weight component of the locomotive and of the vehicle; and braking systems of the locomotive and each vehicle respectively performing asynchronous braking according to the respective target braking force of the locomotive and each vehicle. According to the asynchronous braking control method and system provided by the present application, the braking force of the locomotive and of each vehicle can be differentially controlled on the basis of the road conditions of the locomotive and each vehicle, reducing the coupler force of the train, and improving the operation safety of the train.
