The atomization sheet comprises a glass substrate, a permeation region and a heating element. The glass substrate is a sheet-shaped substrate and has a first surface and a second surface. The permeation region is arranged at the glass substrate, and a plurality of micropores are uniformly distributed in the permeation region, wherein a liquid can pass through the micropores when the micropores are subjected to negative pressure, and the micropores penetrate from the second surface to the first surface. The heating element is sintered on the first surface or the second surface, and passes through the permeation region; and the heating element is configured to heat the liquid, which passes through or is attached to the micropores, to form an aerosol when the heating element is heated. The aerosol can pass through the micropores. In the present invention, the glass substrate is used as a substrate of the atomization sheet, and therefore the structural costs are low; and the micropores in the permeation region are formed in the glass substrate by means of laser engraving, and the heating element is sintered and formed on the glass substrate, such that the present invention is well integrated and is suitable for mass production.
