Abstract

Disclosed in the present application are a material heat-free drying system, a filter press control method and a filter press. The material heat-free drying system comprises: a pressing device, which comprises a guide device and a filter plate assembly slipping along the guide device; a feeding device, which comprises a feeding pipe and a water intake pipe which are connected to the filter plate assembly; a drive device, which comprises a drive mechanism for driving the pressing device to move; and a pressure balancing device, which comprises an electromagnetic valve, a feeding pressure sensor connected to the feeding pipe, and a pressing pressure sensor connected to the water intake pipe, wherein when the filter plate assembly slips to a preset position, the drive mechanism stops working, the corresponding electromagnetic valve carries out power on and off actions, and the pressure balancing device is switched to enter a pressure balancing mode. By means of the filter press of the present application, intelligent pressure balancing control can be carried out, so that the usage of hydraulic oil is reduced and enough working pressure can also be supplied.
