Abstract

A constant-pressure spraying pulsed fire extinguishing apparatus and a fire extinguishing method. The constant-pressure spraying pulsed fire extinguishing apparatus comprises a cylinder body. Two ends of the cylinder body are closed, at least one outer nozzle hole is provided in an upper end surface of the cylinder body, and an inner cover is movably mounted at an upper end of the interior of the cylinder body. The inner cover is provided with an inner nozzle hole arranged at a position corresponding to the position of the outer nozzle hole and capable of being offset from the outer nozzle hole. A telescopic rod is slidingly inserted into the cylinder body from the upper end of the cylinder body, and is threadedly connected to a center hole of the inner cover. When a spring is in an uncompressed state, the outer nozzle hole is offset from the inner nozzle hole, and the fire extinguishing apparatus is in a sealed state. After an aerosol generating agent is activated, the pressure in the cylinder body gradually increases, and a fire extinguishing medium pushes a sliding plug to move. When the pressure on a lower side of the sliding plug is greater than the elastic force of the spring, the telescopic rod moves upwards and drives the inner cover to rotate at the same time. When the outer nozzle hole coincides with the inner nozzle hole, the sliding plug moves to the top, and the pressurized fire extinguishing medium on the lower side of the sliding plug overflows from sliding recesses in the outer circumference of the sliding plug and is released via the inner nozzle hole and the outer nozzle hole.

Abstract

An anti-scratching and anti-cracking thermo-sensitive line and a preparation method therefor. The exterior of a thermo-sensitive line core is coated with a layer of modified line sheath, and then is wrapped with a layer of wrapping film, such that the thermo-sensitive line sheath is of a double-layer structure. The outermost wrapping film can be resistant to scratching, and prevent the problem of the thermo-sensitive line core being affected with damp and failing due to the breakage of the line sheath caused by scratching. Moreover, a toughening agent and an auxiliary material are added to the inner modified line sheath during preparation, so that the toughness of the line sheath is improved while ensuring thermal conductivity and not affecting a starting temperature interval of the thermo-sensitive line, preventing the problem of line sheath cracking due to excessive bending during mounting of the thermo-sensitive line, and thus improving the use practicability of the thermo-sensitive line in a use scene and prolonging the service life.

Abstract

Provided in the present invention are a low-speed suppression type aerosol fire extinguishing agent and a preparation method therefor. The low-speed suppression type aerosol fire extinguishing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60-70% of an oxidizing agent, 10-30% of a reducing agent, 5-10% of an adhesive, and 5-10% of a conditioning agent, wherein the adhesive is one of or a mixture of several of an epoxy resin, a glycidyl azide polymer, poly(glycidyl nitrate) or alkenyl polyethylene glycol; and the conditioning agent is one or more of wood flour, bentonite or clay. By adding an appropriate amount of the conditioning agent to the aerosol fire extinguishing agent, the spraying speed of chemicals is slowed down. However, the amount of the conditioning agent needs to be controlled to ensure that the gas production rate of the fire extinguishing agent per unit of time is maintained sufficient; and if there is an excessively large amount of the conditioning agent, the chemicals themselves are difficult to ignite. In the present invention, a plurality of adhesives are added, and the combined action thereof makes the energy content of the adhesives greatly increased, thereby achieving the effects of being easily ignited, uniform gas production and a low spraying speed.

Abstract

Disclosed are a chemical coolant for an aerosol fire extinguishing agent and a preparation method. The chemical coolant is prepared by means of selecting an inorganic salt of K/Na/Mg/Ca/Sr that can undergo a decomposition reaction and combining same with an organic flame retardant and a binder. By using a metal inorganic salt, a decomposition reaction occurs at a high temperature to generate active metal substances such as K/Na/Mg/Ca/Sr oxide, and the fire extinguishing capacity is enhanced while combustion heat is absorbed. The organic flame retardant also undergoes a vaporization or decomposition reaction at a high temperature to generate a non-combustible gas such as NH3, N2, CO2, and water vapor, the aerosol content is increased while flame extinction and cooling are achieved, and the fire extinguishing capacity is enhanced. Furthermore, the organic flame retardant also has certain binding characteristics. An auxiliary binder is used for binding the chemical coolant to increase the stability, thereby preventing the metal inorganic salt in the chemical coolant from experiencing pulverization during storage, transportation, and use.

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a moisture-proof S-type hot aerosol fire extinguishing agent and a preparation method therefor. By utilizing the dissolution properties of raw materials and using an "eutectic-coating" process, the method dissolves an oxidizing agent and a coating agent in water, then forms an eutectic oxidizing agent having a coating layer by using an anti-solvent method, coats the oxidizing agent in a targeted mode, then disperses a reducing agent into the oxidizing agent, and finally adds an adhesive therein for granulation and surface coating. A dual action of eutectic and coating forms the coating layer on the oxidizing agent, which hinders moisture absorption processes of the oxidizing agent and a hot aerosol fire extinguishing agent, and prepares the moisture-proof S-type hot aerosol fire extinguishing agent, thus reducing the storage requirements for hot aerosol fire extinguishing agents, prolonging the service life and expanding the use range.

Abstract

Provided in the present invention are a composite coolant and the use thereof in aerosol fire extinguishment. The coolant is prepared by loading a chemical coolant onto a molecular sieve by means of a co-impregnation method, wherein the chemical coolant is adsorbed into pores of the molecular sieve to present uniform distribution, so as to obtain said novel coolant. When said coolant is used for flame suppression and cooling of aerosol fire extinguishment devices, the chemical coolant is decomposed to form free radicals which have strong binding capacity on OH· and H· free radicals generated by combustion in fire scenes. In addition, the molecular sieve has good thermal stability and therefore can hold a stable structure even under the effect of a high temperature during aerosol ejection, so that effective absorption of aerosol ejection flames can be achieved, thereby achieving excellent cooling and flame suppression effects and further improving the fire extinguishment capacity of devices.

Abstract

The present invention provides a high-insulation and low-corrosion vaporization propellant for a non-pressure-storage perfluorohexanone fire-extinguishing apparatus and a preparation method. A non-metal salt and a metal salt having high stability of residues after combustion are used as oxidizing agents, and are mixed with a reducing agent and a binder to prepare the vaporization propellant. Gas generated by combustion causes a hole or breakage to a chemical agent chamber, so that perfluorohexanone is promoted to be sprayed out to achieve fire extinguishing. In addition, a solid residue generated after combustion of the non-metal salt oxidizing agent in the vaporization propellant is free of conductive ions and is insoluble in water or neutral after being dissolved. A solid residue generated after combustion of the metal salt oxidizing agent is a stable metal salt and is practically insoluble in or hardly reacts with water. Therefore, the vaporization propellant has the advantages of high insulation and low corrosion after combustion, and the application range of the non-pressure-storage perfluorohexanone fire-extinguishing apparatus is expanded. In addition, the diameter of a raw material is controlled to be about 100 meshes during preparation, so that the sensitivity of the vaporization propellant to external energy is reduced, and the safety is improved.

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a chemical coolant for an aerosol fire-extinguishing agent and a preparation method therefor. Under the principle of a neutralization reaction, a chemical coolant suitable for a K-type aerosol fire-extinguishing agent is prepared by mixing an organic acid, and a carbonate or a basic carbonate with a binder and a release agent, and a coolant suitable for an S-type aerosol fire-extinguishing agent is prepared by mixing an organic acid, a carbonate or a basic carbonate, an alkaline organic substance, a binder and a release agent. The coolant can effectively neutralize strongly alkaline substances generated during fire extinguishing via different types of aerosol fire-extinguishing agents and enable same to generate sylvites having neutral pH and weak hygroscopicity, such that the corrosivity of the aerosol fire-extinguishing agents is effectively reduced; and low-hygroscopicity sylvites cannot be ionized, thereby showing a very strong electrical insulating property. In the present invention, by using the coolant on the premise that raw material components and the fire extinguishing performance of an aerosol fire-extinguishing agent are unchanged, not only is the temperature of a nozzle of a fire-extinguishing device effectively reduced, but the effects of high insulation and low corrosion of sediments are also achieved, and the application range is widened.

Abstract

An environment-friendly multi-core moisture-proof thermosensitive wire and a manufacturing method therefor. The thermosensitive wire consists of a thermally-conductive core, a burning powder (4) and a moisture-proof layer (5). The thermally-conductive core is formed by winding one or more materials, and is externally covered with the uniform burning powder prepared from an oxidizing agent, a heat stabilizer, a whistling powder, a reducing agent and a thermosensitive agent, and after drying, same is covered with the moisture-proof layer by means of an extrusion process. Thus, the thermosensitive wire is provided with various combustion speed choices and has an excellent moisture-proof property. Introducing the whistling powder into the thermosensitive wire can achieve a warning effect before fire extinguishing. In addition, using only a metal oxide as the heat stabilizer ensures the combustion stability of the thermosensitive wire and also prevents the burning powder from cracking when the thermosensitive wire is located in dry environments for long term, thereby prolonging the service life and expanding the application range.

Abstract

An explosion-venting method for an aerosol fire suppression apparatus, comprising the following steps: 1) when the aerosol fire suppression apparatus explodes, an explosion-venting device matching the aerosol fire suppression apparatus generating a limited displacement along a direction that a hot air stream of the aerosol fire suppression apparatus is jetting towards; 2) when an extremity of the explosion-venting device reaches an edge of the aerosol fire suppression apparatus, being limited, the explosion-venting apparatus stops the displacement along the direction that the hot air stream of the aerosol fire suppression apparatus is jetting towards, thus achieving for the aerosol fire suppression apparatus the effects of explosion-venting and reduced recoil force. The explosion-venting method, within a limited displacement of the explosion-venting device, completely consumes powerful kinetic energy of a relative motion between a cylinder body and a cylinder cover assembly generated by the explosion, thus allowing smooth ventilation of the powerful explosion, thereby preventing a powerful recoil force generated thereby from injuring an operator, while at the same time preventing the cylinder cover a from flying outwards at a great speed and causing accidents resulting in injuries and damages.
