Abstract

A switching device for delayed unlocking function, disposed at a flat-push type emergency door-lock device having a flat-push rod, including a switching-device base, a pushing swing arm, a linkage rod, a sensing assembly, a timing control assembly and an electromagnetic traction assembly. The pushing swing arm is disposed at the switching-device base and includes a stopper, being switchably maintained at an avoidance position in a delayed unlocking function disabled state and preset at a stop position in a delayed unlocking function enabled state. The timing control assembly starts timing when the sensing assembly senses the flat-push rod is pushed, and it makes the electromagnetic traction assembly to drag the pushing swing arm to cause the stopper to move from the stop position to the avoidance position after the timing reaches a predetermined delay time. When the stopper is at the avoidance position, the flat-push rod is avoided to allow the flat-push rod to continue to be pushed to complete unlocking.

Abstract

A narrow-type door-lock driving device with electronically controlled switching status includes a base, a status switching mechanism, an electromagnetic traction mechanism, a handle and a lock core driving mechanism. The status switching mechanism is disposed at the base, including a lever and a stopper. The electromagnetic traction mechanism connects the lever, for dragging the lever to move the stopper from a stop position to an avoidance position after receiving a first control signal sent by a control device. The lock core driving mechanism connects the handle; when the stopper is in the stop position, it's blocked by the stopper and forbidden to be driven by the handle, a deadbolt kept snapping into a locking groove to maintain forbidden opening; when the stopper is in the avoidance position, it's driven by the handle to allow driving a lock core component, thereby allowing the deadbolt to snap out of the locking groove.

Abstract

A narrow-type door-lock driving device, disposed at a sectional door board, includes a base, a status switching mechanism, a status switching lock, a handle and a lock core driving mechanism. The status switching mechanism includes a lever and a stopper. The status switching lock connects with the lever and moves between a forbidden opening position and an allowing opening position by the lever. The lock core driving mechanism connects with the handle, blocked by the stopper and forbidden to be driven by the handle to keep the deadbolt snapping into the locking groove to maintain locked when the stopper is in the stop position, driven by the handle to allow driving a lock core component when the stopper is in the avoidance position, thereby allowing the deadbolt to snap out of the locking groove.

Abstract

A delayed unlocking push-down type emergency door-locking device includes a main lock seat, a secondary lock seat, a push-down type handle assembly, a position-sensing module and a timing electromagnetic traction assembly. The push-down type handle assembly is configured for moving along a driving path from a locking position toward an unlocking position, thereby at least one of locking element of the main lock seat is separated from a locking groove to unlock. A stopper is disposed at the secondary lock seat, configured for moving between a stop position and an avoidance position. The timing electromagnetic traction assembly is configured for counting time upon when the position-sensing module detects the push-down type handle assembly is separated from the locking position, and for pulling the stopper from the stop position to the avoidance position after delaying a predetermined delay time to the unlocking position for delaying.

Abstract

An automatic-alarming push-down type emergency door-locking device, disposed at a door board, includes a main lock seat, a secondary lock seat, a push-down type handle assembly, a position-sensing module and an alarm module. The main and secondary lock seats are disposed at the door board, and the main lock seat has at least one locking element. In the push-down type handle assembly, a first handle and a second handle are connected pivotally with the secondary and main lock seats to be moved along a driving path from a locking position toward an unlocking position. At the locking or unlocking position, the locking element is buckled with or separated from the at least one locking groove. The position-sensing module transmits an alarm-triggering signal for the alarm module to generate an alarm, upon when the first handle leaves the locking position.

Abstract

An unlocking transmission mechanism is driven by a power transmission shaft of an electric control system to unlock an emergency exit door lock. The unlocking transmission mechanism includes a fixed base assembly, a slidable base assembly, a linear driving assembly, a transmission member and a linkage member. The transmission member is pivotally connected to the slidable base assembly, and the linkage member is pivotally connected to the transmission member. When the linear driving assembly is driven by the power transmission shaft to drive the slidable base assembly to move along a linear sliding stroke in an unlock-driving direction, the transmission member and the linkage member are sequentially driven to drive a manual-operated press bar assembly to unlock the emergency exit door lock. In addition, a multi-selective kit for the unlocking transmission mechanism is also provided.

Abstract

A universal adaptor for door handle, operable to be universally assembled in a polygonal assembling groove of one of multiple types of handles, so that the above-mentioned handle forms a panel-like lock handle and is locked to a panel lock, and includes a lock portion and a universal extension portion. The lock portion is formed with at least one lock hole corresponding to the panel lock. The universal extension portion is connected to the lock portion and extends along an extension direction to form a polygonal rod structure, and a catching-type fit relationship is formed between the polygonal rod structure and the polygonal assembling groove. The present disclosure can achieve the functions and effects of universally assembling in polygonal assembling grooves of handles with different appearances and thereby enabling the handles to be locked to panel locks.

Abstract

A cross bar type unlock-driving structure, to be mounted in a panel-outside space of a door panel, includes a handle-end frame, a mounting frame, a handle and a driving member, and a handle seat. The handle-end base includes a basic frame and a mounting frame to form an accommodation space with both vertical and horizontal opening. The handle and the driving member, integrated as a unique piece, provide the driving member to be formed as an extension finger for pushing an unlock-driven unit disposed inside the accommodation space. The handle seat, mounted onto the middle plate of the mounting frame, is to mount pivotally the handle and the driving member with the driving member located in the accommodation space and the handle located out of the handle seat. With the vertical and horizontal opening provided to the accommodation space, different types of lock cartridges can be contained.
