Abstract
A self-lubricating tool magazine tool-releasing apparatus and a disc tool magazine. The self-lubricating tool magazine tool-releasing apparatus comprises a tool releasing cylinder (2) and a tool releasing claw (4); the tool releasing claw forms an opening (4a); the opening (4a) is adapted to rollers (3a) at the end portions of tool sleeves (3); the tool releasing cylinder (2) drives the tool releasing claw (4) to reciprocatingly move so as to drive each tool sleeve (3) to turn over and reset; the top of the tool releasing claw (4) is hollow to form a cavity (01); the cavity (01) is arranged in a sealed mode and is located at one side of the opening (4a); a communication groove (03) and a top connection groove (04) are formed between the cavity (01) and the opening (4a); the communication groove (03) communicates the cavity (01) with the sidewall of the top connection groove (04), and a feeding end (03a) and a discharging end (03b) are respectively formed at the two ends of the communication groove; lubricating grease (02) enters the communication groove (03) through the feeding end (03a); a piston (05) is provided in the top connection groove (04) and blocks the discharging end (04); in the process that the tool releasing cylinder (2) drives the tool releasing claw (4) to move downwards to press each roller (3a), the piston moves towards the top connection groove (04) to unblock the discharging end (03b); the lubricating grease (02) can enter the position of the opening through the discharging end (03b) and is coated between the roller (3a) and the tool releasing claw (4). Therefore, the self-lubricating effect of the tool sleeve is achieved in the tool releasing process, and the coating effect is guaranteed.

Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of numerically controlled machine tools, and in particular to an automatic tool changing (ATC) mechanism using cambered surface cam technology, comprising: a body assembly, a tool changing assembly, a positioning assembly and a fixing assembly; the body assembly comprises a hydraulic rod mounted in a numerically controlled machine tool and a servo motor fixed to a driving end of the hydraulic rod. According to the present invention, by using the tool changing assembly and the positioning assembly, a cylinder 1 pushes a tool into a tool guiding slot; then, a second cylinder 2 is used to continue to push the tool to move, and push a tool to be replaced on a machining spindle to a tool changing slot position; at this time, the replaced tool is magnetically fixed on the outside of a positioning plate 2; at this time, an electromagnet is located above the tool changing slot; the electromagnet is used to generate electromagnetic force to attract the replaced tool, and then the cylinder 1 moves the tool to the top of a positioning plate 1; after the electromagnet is powered off, the tool falls on the positioning plate 1 and is magnetically fixed. The described tool changing method does not require high precision, and the loading and unloading of the tool are completed with only one push and retraction, thereby achieving high efficiency in tool changing.
