Abstract
A polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) curing machine, comprising: a thermally conductive housing (1), feeding ports (101) for adding additives being provided on the thermally conductive housing (1), and a discharging port being provided on one end of the thermally conductive housing (1); and heat tracing mechanisms (7), the heat tracing mechanisms (7) being provided on the thermally conductive housing (1), and the heat tracing mechanisms (7) being configured to heat the thermally conductive housing (1) and heat materials by means of the thermally conductive housing (1). By means of the heat tracing mechanisms (7), the curing machine can effectively control the temperature of an alcoholysis reaction, and by means of the plurality of feeding ports (101), different additives can be added according to actual market requirements, such that the molar ratio of alkali added in alcoholysis, and the concentration and water content of a vinyl acetate methanol solution are adjustable. In this way, by using the PVA curing machine to re-process PVA products prepared by existing alcoholysis devices, preparation of PVA products of different specifications can be realized.
