Abstract
The present invention provides a method and system for simulating the movement state of bricks in a kiln. The method for simulating the movement state of bricks in a kiln comprises the steps: dividing a kiln into a plurality of areas on the basis of variable frequency drives; calculating a cycle time required for bricks to pass through each area; on the basis of the actual number of kiln sections in each area, using a corresponding number of bytes to simulate the area; calculating a refresh time on the basis of the cycle time and the number of bytes; setting marks at character bits of each byte to simulate the current position of the bricks in the area; and on the basis of the refresh time and the number of character bits, updating the positions of the marks in the bytes to simulate the movement state of the bricks in the roller kiln. According to the present invention, the position of bricks in a kiln can be simulated, an operator can directly observe the current accurate position of the bricks, and after the operator knows the accurate position of the bricks, the operator can be guided to carry out proper intervention and temperature control, thereby improving the automation level of the system, reducing manual intervention, and improving the production efficiency.

According to the present application, the plurality of brick pressing and palletizing sets and the plurality of brick palletizing tracks (5) are rearranged, such that the brick discharging direction of the transport mechanisms (2) and the transport direction of the brick palletizing tracks (5) are the same, and the length of the brick palletizing tracks (5) does not need to be increased as before while the number of the brick palletizing tracks (5) is increased, thereby reducing investment costs and the occupied space.
