Abstract

The present invention relates to a sludge recycling apparatus for recycling sludge discharged from a food waste treatment apparatus, and more specifically, to a sludge recycling apparatus comprising a power transmission unit for transmitting a rotational driving force of a motor to a first sludge treatment unit, a first control unit for introducing a composition, and a second sludge treatment unit. The sludge recycling apparatus according to the present invention may comprise: a first sludge treatment unit for discharging salt from sludge discharged from a food waste treatment apparatus, and maintaining a water absorption rate within an appropriate range; a first control unit for introducing a composition for supplying a stirred composition which is stirred with the desalinized sludge so as to be used as compost or feed; and a second sludge treatment unit for performing microbial fermentation and composting by stirring the desalinized sludge and the stirred composition. The power of the motor for rotationally driving the corresponding components can be efficiently transmitted through the power transmission unit, and thus, an operation method of the sludge recycling apparatus can be greatly improved.
